Staff were not helpful, did not try to accommodate guest request. I specifically requested a room close to the elevators. I had booked a superior room but was given a room right at the end of the corridor with absolutely no view. Also there is no assistance with baggage etc. No effort was made at check inn to accommodate my request. also the beds in the room could be more comfortable, What I liked- I loved the bathroom in my room - very spacious and the big walk in shower was the best

Everything about the facility is just fine except for one kind of important thing for travelers, hence 3 stars instead of more, if anybody cares. There are at least two glaring holes in the shuttle schedule, which happen to occur at peak travel times, that you won't find out about until there is no shuttle for at least an hour. No other airport hotel in Amsterdam seems to have this issue. So if you plan to shuttle here from the airport you really ought to directly contact the hotel to get an accurate shuttle schedule and hope that delays don't put you right into those holes. An unhappy cab driver can take you there, its not more than a mile or two, but the cost is nearly 40 Euros.

The hotel was nice. We wished there was more usb ports, but it was nice and really pretty. Dinner was nice in the restaurant, but the service was not the next there. We sat for about 30 min after we finished eating waiting on our bill to pay and my husband had to get up and ask a different server for our bill as it seems ours had disappeared. The rest of the staff was amazing.

Great overnight stay.
Overnight stay prior to a flight. Room was very spacious, clean and very well appointed with very good shower, cold fridge and large comfortable bed. Staff were very polite, efficient and hotel transit bus very good.
