Great location and value. Very walkable. Staff were helpful and friendly as well. The rooms get a little warm, and be sure to note if you have accessibility needs - some rooms are accessed by a few stairs from the landings. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Rho Hotel. A really warm welcome upon arrival. The staff were really accomodating and met all our requests i.e. rooms next to each other and near lift. It was suprisingly quiet too considering its location. We have visited Amsterdam 12 times, and must say, we were really impressed with Rho Hotel. We would definitely book with them again. The only thing I would mention is that they do not have a kettle in the rooms, but wasnt a huge issue. Thank you again for a wonderful stay 😊

This hotel is perfectly located between Red Light and Shopping districts and short walks to just about everything including the train station. No air conditioning is understandable. Most of the year, it would not be needed. Bring a small fan if traveling in August.

Very central spot, convenient and clean

Very very centrally located, really convenient for tram and metro. A good base for a group trip, room was clean. Beds were average, room had a small fridge but not a kettle or any other additional amenities. Wifi wasn’t great. Not a great hangout spot but with so many places close by that didn’t matter to our group. larger triple rooms seem to be all on the ground floor in a sort of annex, through the parking garage. Room was quiet during the midweek days, the noise in the local area at night was more intense towards the weekend but that is to be expected.

Room big for 3 of us. We were at front of hotel so it was a little noisy. Reception staff fantastic. We had a medical emergency at midnight and the recption staff arranged our taxi and booked us an appointment at the out of hours GP surgery. So well done to the fantastic receptionist. Breakfast good - everything covered. Spot on location.

This hotel was amazing. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. It was very conveniently located, every tour we did left right outside our hotel and it is a 10 minute walk from the main station. Loved our stay here!

I absolutely loved this hotel and would stay there again and again. Its location is absolutely key, right next to the Dam Square, which felt like the “hub” of Amsterdam. It was walkable to canals, Royal Palace, Chinatown, and many other sites. When we arrived at the train station (huge,) it is only 12-15 minutes walk with luggage. Many restaurants were in the area, and the best souvenir shop was across the street. We found the Spar grocery store in a 5 minutes walk and stored our breakfast sandwiches in the refrigerator in the room to save $. Staff was super helpful for us to find our way. The room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious. I don’t think anyone would regret staying here!
