staff was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Annastasia for assisting us with our large amount of luggage storage :>). Loved the building and room bathrooms. what i did not like was that I was never able to use the sonder app (may have been due to marriot transfer)

Being an historical building the room was very small. As we were gone most of the day sight seeing it wasn't a problem. Free latte's were a bonus. Anna was a great help with trams & trains.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the shared spaces and rooms were clean and all for a good price. I'll definitely be looking at Sonder for future trips.

The front door code keypad doesn’t work, the room was in the basement down 3 flights of stairs, and is literally the width of a bed. There were the usual basic amenities like coffee, tea, iron, but literally not enough space to use it… I could hear anyone who passed in the hallway clearly. I would say this was overpriced.

The location was excellent. Its near the Van Gogh Museum and a beautiful park. However, the room was average or below. The duvet had some stains. The door only has a chain on the inside, and the deadbolt does not work. When i asked about it, i was told it was for safety reasons. However, other hotels have both the chain and a deadbolt and therefore, i would not stay there again for that reason.

Located right next to Vondelpark. I enjoyed a walk in the morning while I stayed here and go for a coffee. There are plenty of public transportation in walking distance. The amenities at the hotel is very basic. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom could use some updates.

Across the street from Vondel Park. Near Rijks and Van Gogh museums. Many restaurants and upscale shopping nearby. Not a new facility, but it was clean and has elevators (once you get your luggage up the front steps). Bed was very comfortable. Room layout was strange and smallish. Quiet street with little or no traffic. Very secure facility. Must use code to get inside at all hours. Staff was very friendly and helped with restaurant choices. No breakfast available in the hotel, but there is a coffee bar in the lobby. Not the Hilton, but I would stay there again.
