Nothing special. It’s bonus is it was clean. Breakfast is a joke. Heat up a frozen sandwich. Needs some renovations. Staff was not friendly. Not rude, but not welcoming. Just stay overnight if you need a place to crash.

It was our stop coming from Manchester New Hampshire. Two nights. Went from there to Niagara Falls, cane back and stayed a second night. Got there at 11:00 pm both nights. Right off the freeway...clean... Coffee was hot at 6:00 am...breakfast sandwich to heat up if u wanted... A good stay for us.

The woman who helped us check in at the front desk, I believe her name was Renée, was so kind and helpful. She was very personable. We were a bit disappointrd at the lack of continental breakfast as we were under the impression it was included with our stay. Instead we enjoyed breakfast at a local cafe and that was wonderful.

The clerk had the audacity to ask me if I was traveling alone. That is none of his business. While checking in and out I had to wait for a clerk. This is my second and last time staying at this Super 8. I did not feel safe after the clerk questioned me, I had an important event to attend to in the area so I had to stay. The bathroom had hair in the tub and looked like it wasn’t cleaned.

We found the rooms at this location to overall be VERY nice and well equipped. It appeared that they were in the middle of upgrading the heating / air conditioning units in all the rooms and our room was very comfortable temperature-wise. If there was a negative at all, and it’s been stated in other comments, it would have to be the breakfast accommodations…or lack thereof! Thank goodness for Dunkin right next door…and there is a McDonalds and a few Mom & Pop places close as well. It’s really kind of a shame that the breakfast situation was so dismal, otherwise our review would have been pretty stellar…

We chose this hotel because it said it had a crib available, however, we were told there are no cribs on the property and we had to improvise safe sleeping arrangements for our 2 month old. Staff was very pleasant. Room had a faint musty smell - like old building smell, by nothing terrible. Comfy bed.

Just to has something to whine about, as is the rule it seems nowadays, the toilet seat was loose. It seems the chain is improving this hotel on a steady and regular basis.
