A special, hip hotel that values the comfort and convenience of it's guests. Excellent diníng room and room service. Friendliest wonderful staff. Laundry service was awesome. Cool grocery store across the street. Hated to leave.

We were just there for a day and a half. I unfortunately came down with a cold. But everyone was pleasant and cheerful. We sat outside on the patio area and had drinks. We sat in the bar one night and had cocktails. Did not eat there but the restaurant was inviting. Our room was clean and spacious We had a ”biggie“ room. Loved the decor of the hotel the old with the new that complemented each other. Staff was very informative and helpful. Alice especially. Would certainly stay here again.

The Hoxton Lloyd is nice hotel in the middle of a neighborhood where locals live and frequent. The interior and exterior are both equally impressive. As well as the lounge and restaurant inside. The room was clean, cozy, and most of all comfortable. This is a comfortable place to stay to enjoy your experience in Amsterdam. Directly across the street are a few shops and restaurants. This place was a joy to stay in.

Phenomenal stay

Enjoyed the room, comfortable beds, helpful front desk, requested two things for the room on two different occasions and we received them within 1 hour. Access to trams 7 and 26 (goes to Centraal) are a short 3 minute walk. Access to a very good supermarket is a 2 minute walk. Hotel is near the IJ. There is food on site but we did not sample it. Hotel has a very unique history if you look it up. I would gladly stay hear again.

Beautiful hotel

The Hoxton is a unique, beautiful hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the “Studio Up” was a beautiful room - great if you’re traveling with family. It’s also conveniently located to public transportation and was very easy to get everywhere. The one recommendation we have is to provide guests with basic coffee or maybe even an espresso machine in the common area. Overall, a fantastic place to stay while you’re in beautiful Amsterdam! Highly recommend.
