Lovely spacious and clean room and very friendly staff. Location was excellent for exploring 9streets and beyond easily. Not totally soundproof room with some disturbance from surrounding rooms if a light sleeper ( i wasn't but partner was) but def one of the quieter hotels I’ve stayed in the city.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the lobby/lounge/restaurant area was welcoming and comfortable, and the room accommodations were first rate - I was expecting a much smaller room when it was described as "cozy"! I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

Highly, highly recommend! Everything about the property is great! Rooms are cozy and very comfortable. The lounge and restaurant area is outstanding and there is so much energy and activity happening. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. In a great and safe location and very walkable.
