loved the location and closeness to public transportation. Unfortunately, needed to do a better job reading when selecting hotel was not aware of capsule model but my older parents and I made the best of it.

The ambiance was creepy and unfriendly. The person at the desk tried to talk me out of taking a bus to the train station and a train to Schiphol in favour of the hotel’s special taxi to the airport

The hyve hotel charged me $50 for a deposit which I haven’t gotten back yet ( it’s been 3 weeks). They also charged me $17 for a room cleaning fee. The cleaning staff came into my room without my permission ( I never asked for my room to be cleaned) and cleaned my room. I am hoping they will respond to my multiple messages asking about the deposit I never got back. The location was horrible and the photos are misleading. I do not recommend at all.

I was a little bit set back on the size of the room, but for a room in Amsterdam, i was told it was a big room. Comfortable beds, smells all fresh. The staff are absolutely amazing, really kind, caring, and really helpful. I would stay there again for sure

For a capsule hotel (which means smaller rooms), it’s really great. It’s new, very clean, bathroom and common areas are very nice and the staff at the reception are exceptionally friendly. It’s located close to Amsterdam, with a bus stop just 5 minutes away. I highly recommend it.

This place is a scam in cooperation with Expedia. There’s no reality between what is shown in the picture and what’s in reality. This place provides shared toilets so that’s a new concept in the name of double bed the place can’t fit one person. Expedia shall return my money for the hard time I went through. The only good part about this place is people at reception very helpful and understanding.

Der Aufenthalt war ganz gut. Das Personal war super. Die Toiletten und duschen waren sauber. Es gab einen kostenlosen Wasserspender. Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Eine Sache muss man sich jedoch im klaren sein, dass Zimmer ist sehr klein. Für 1-2 Tage ist es ok aber wenn man länger bleiben möchte dann sollte man sich lieber ein Einzelzimmer nehmen. Danke :)

Fint ophold

Jeg synes det var rigtig fint til prisen. Det er meget små værelser og beregnet til at sove der ikke, desideret et ophold. De havde lidt udfordringer med afløbet på badeværelserne i den periode vi var der. Men det gik, der er håndklæder med i opholdet, fin stor dobbeltdyne og hovedpuder... vi havde et "underværelse", det vil sige vi havde seng indunder værelset oven på. Rengøring kan tilkøbes, som vi valgte fra da vi kun var der i 3 dage. shampoo,sæbe og fine føntører til rådighed på badeværelserne. Det er muligt at købe kaffe, leje paraplyer , sødt personale som forsøger at hjælpe mm. Kold vand både med brus og alm var gratis samt wifi, vi gjorde ikke brug af det men der var også bestik og andet man kunne låne hvis ma valgte at hente en salat mm fra supermarkedet rundt om hjørnet.
