Satisfied but could do with some work

The hotel was further out of town than expected and in the side of a highway. Front desk staff were extremely nice and very helpful, the beds are not overly comfortable and could do with a mattress upgrade. They could also do with a few repairs to some of the cupboards etc. space however was great. The big letdown was the restaurant and its staff. Dinner food is not great and the staff seemed a little lost.

Great location - less than 10 mins to tram

Great location. Short walk to tram straight into Dam Square and Central. Hotel had a Nice bar area with fab view. DJ was disappointing but everything else was faultless.

This is a wonderful hotel , the staff were amazing and remembered our names and room numbers at breakfast ,it was our birthdays while we were there and they surprised us with cocktail vouchers . The swimming pool is an extra nice treat . Breakfast is well worth buying everything you can have ever wanted to eat . Would very happily go back there again . Slightly out of town but as we were a group of 6 we took Ubas every day so that made it very easy

We close this property for our stay in the Netherlands. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. A great spread! The rooms were roomy and comfy. Not great views. The skyy bar at night had a good dj on the weekends, late night food, and a good atmosphere. It was a little ways away from city centre. Like 20 mins by tram. Also not super close to tram stop. Like 10-12 minutes, but after a long day adventuring can feel like miles. Overall, good hotel for the price, if you’re wanting to save a little and don’t mind the commute.

The hotel was fantastic, very friendly staff. It was close to Tram route 17 which gives quick access to central Amsterdam. They catered well for coeliac and understood the seriousness of food allergies well. The only minor criticism is the glass bathroom door and non frosted windows in the bathroom for our male and female teenagers. Would recommend!

Bad start but great hotel

We weren't sure of distance to the city and requested the price of a taxi in and out. The receptionist didnt know but didnt try find out for us either. Was a bad start for us. Other than that tho hotel is really nice

Nice location, nice rooms, nice bathtub. WiFi is really bad at least it was in my room. Also it is a non smoking hotel and people were definitely smoking in the rooms which made it hard to sleep. Pool area is great! I’m sure people in other rooms may have had a different/ better experience.

Friendliest staff and comfiest beds

On arrival we were greeted with smiles, the receptionist was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The hotel is a short walk from a tram stop and you can easily get to all attractions and the city from here. The hotel lobby and bar are clean and inviting. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The rooms are quite spacious and have very comfortable beds and the fluffiest pillows ever. We didnt use the pool or gym but these did look good. We would stay here again.

The decor, cleanliness, facilities and staff were all excellent. I found it to be really good value for money. The only thing I would say is the breakfasts seemed a bit steep but we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere so wasn't a problem. We'd definitely stay here again!!

Very comfortable stay.. breakfast was awesome and various options for veg and non vegetarian.. only thing which I would suggest to improve is on additional souna charges which I was expecting to be free and included in daily rate.
