Our room was double booked so they upgraded us to the XO City West. A better hotel and closer to town which appreciated. Area was safe and quiet but very few places around to eat. We walked into the city area, about 4kms, easy walk. Staff were very nice.

Filthy hotel, cleaners did the bare minimum. No soap in room, no toilet roll and 1 coffee for 3 people. Mattresses stained with urine/blood. Staff at reception very helpful.

Friends Holiday

We found that the hotel was in a very convenient place because there were tram and bus stops only a couple of minutes away from it. The actual room itself was very nice and clean. The bed itself was very comfy and clean too, we didn't find anything bad or unclean. The vending machines in the lobby downstairs were also very useful. Overall we really enjoyed our 3 night stay there!! :)

Not nice hotel

The place was not suitable, far out - the area was not very appealing and we refused to stay and sought an aternative but never got a refund even though we made our concerns very known to the staff who went on to inform that we had stayed there - we left after an hour.

The room was very old and musty. Bathroom smells so bad. Beddings and comfortorber looks like they did not changed it. I will not recommend this hotel.

Rooms have the basics, coffee machine & fridge. Good location for getting into central & bus station. Downsides for us was the rooms are not soundproof, we could hear the traffic on the road with the windows closed & the doors are not soft closing. Had lots of doors banging shut till late on. The location, did not feel safe going out after sundown. (Google maps takes you around the back of the building near the water) lots of youths hanging around, all blacked out on bikes. If you arrive here late try to stick to the front street - this is where the entrance is, will avoid you walking all the way around the building. Staff was polite & friendly during check in/out.

Without sounding awful there was nowhere to go in an evening without feeling like an outsider as the are seemed very Muslim with shisha bars and halal places.

Great place to stay

We were family of 5 2 adults and 3 kids so we took big 5 bed room 4 bunker bed and 1 queen bed. Room was great it was spacious and clean. 2 bathrooms 1 with shower and sink 1 with sink and toilet which was very useful. They had a indoor play place which was excellent for kids. My kids had fun! Eiffel tower was walking distance and you can see the tower from the hotel as well. What i didn't like about the hotel was I left my stroller at the hotel and they couldn't locate it. Otherwise it was a great hotel.
