Very modern and very well maintained hotel. It is located within 20-25 minutes from the Amsterdam city center. Rooms are very spacious and modern. The property is clean and very well maintained. They offer very decent breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are several grocery stores within walking distance.

3 twin beds in the room and only one bed had a thin pillow top. One bed had broken springs and the other was like sleeping on a park bench. The air conditioner kept turning off requiring is to keep asking reception to turn it back on. We would have access to the thermostat and then not be able to use it. It was tidy, I wouldn’t say super clean.

Loved the heated floors in the washroom. Our room had a visibly broken blind. Quiet. Tram #2 which takes you to downtown in 15 minutes is directly in front of XO.

Really enjoyed the nice room and facility. A bit out of town but close to the tram into town and beautiful corner room with good soundproof rooms. A store nearby for shopping. No restaurants but price was right and staff were Great.

Great location. A minute walk from light rail. Five minute walk to grocery store and restaurant. The staffs are super nice. The only concern is cleaning. We have a dirty bedsheet. They didn’t change it for us. The room cleaning is also quite slow. There are flies in the dining area on the first floor.

The rooms were nice and beds comfortable. We were on the 10th floor with a view of the city. The only issue we had was the windows were not sound proof so you could hear the traffic all night on the highway.
