Great modern hotel with great service

The staff there was uber nice and accommodating. They total focused on the customer experience. My college kids enjoyed the gym and I appreciate the bubbly water offered. The refrigerator was not a frig but just a cooler so that could be improved. Modern design and great use of space and eco friendly hotel. Bike rental was good though we had bad luck and had a flat tire. The hotel manager was sympathetic and made an adjustment to one day’s rental for that one bike when we checked out, which was not prompted by us- we appreciated it. We recommend and will stay again when we make it back to Amsterdam.

Have stayed here a few times already. New hotel with very good facilities. Its not very convenient of you want to walk because there's basically nothing around. If taking a taxi is OK with you then this is your place.

Despite it being a bit off the grid and housekeeping a bit off! I had a wonderful stay! It’s actually situated in an up and coming area, close to Central- by 10-15 min walk! Staff super friendly…( especially Karen who works the 11-7 shift!) and helpful! They immediately addressed my issues! 😊

There are two bad things about the hotel. Location and size of the room. But when you think it is price especially for Amsterdam we were fine. The only annoying thing in the room is it was a bit transparent shower area and can be seen from the bed. Of course not clearly but if you have a child with you you can not move easily. You should put a rack for towels close to shower.

Overall a really neat hotel with great outdoor relaxing area. Rooms were a bit tight and plugs could be closer to the bed (like the upper bunk) and perhaps a kettle in the room. Overall though I’d recommend.
