Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel well located, easy access to amsterdam, plus zaandam is a lovely town. Only issue with cleanliness was one of the towels seemed to have a makeup stain.

Good hotel
Great location. The train to Amsterdam Central is like a 3 minute walk right in front of the hotel. Plus there is stores and restaurants in the same area. Room is spacious enough and bed was comfortable too.

Absolutely will be returning to this hotel. The train to centraal is so easy with where the hotel is located to Zaandam train station & it’s not that expensive if you do get stuck outside of transport hours & need to Uber. The staff in this hotel are absolutely incredible, some of the kindest people I encountered on my trip around Europe. Great black-out curtains & comfy bed.

Absolutely loved our stay here at Zaan hotel, location was perfect with it being easily accessible to the train - literally two mins away! There is a supermarket just outside the hotel for any little bits you need and overall the service of the staff here was amazing to attentive and friendly! We will definitely be staying here when we visit Amsterdam again! Can’t praise it enough highly recommend and also the beds are so comfy!

Really well situated for shopping and dinning. The rooms were immaculatly clean with fridge and espresso machine. No microwave. Supermarket literally a cross the street and the hotel conveniently rented bikes. I met Alexander, the bartender from Portugal, super friendly and he made a good espresso martini 😁

Amazing hotel, huge rooms, quiet and very very close to the train station that will take you anywhere. Hotel was very clean, we paid extra for breakfast every morning and it was worth it, so many options and we left full !
