Great stay and staff

I’ve stayed at Alamo Inn & Suites three times now, and each visit has been a great experience. The hotel is clean, well-located, and feels very safe. The staff is always attentive and friendly—especially Neydi at the front desk. She’s checked me in twice before and consistently greets me with a warm smile and positive attitude.

Quick walk to Disneyland up Disneyland Drive. Always much quieter and less crowded than entering through Harbor Blvd. Updated rooms, easy parking, affordable price. One of the best deals price vs location to the park.

Just ok.

First, I want to say every staff member was kind. The room was ok. It was close to Downtown Disney. Easy to walk where you needed. Here’s the rougher part. Parking was near impossible. So many compact spots but not much for anything larger that wasn’t taken. At night you’d hear every car and person coming back at 11-12am from Disney. Not much to hide the noise including the cars and motorcycles revving down the street. The blinds don’t black out so the morning hits early. The walls are paper thin. we could hear the person in the other room coughing and opening and shutting doors. The bathroom when we checked in had brown goo all over the tile I had to wipe up and put towels down on the floor to walk in. The layers on the bed themselves were basically sheets with a thin blanket layer. Now, I am writing this not to poo on the Alamo as it was workable. I’d rather anyone reading this know the reality of their stay as I picked this based off of multiple glowing reviews. I listed as 3 stars for that reason. It’s not a dump and if you’re coming for Disneyland, you won’t be in the room much anyways. So, I wouldn’t “not” stay there again but I would probably pick a newer next door hotel for the higher cost next time to avoid some of these issues, especially parking.

I enjoy staying here. Every time I am in the area, I always book here. I recommend this place to others and they also stayed here this past weekend. This past stay, our room had an issue with the fire alarm where it started beeping in the early hours of the morning due to the battery running low. The maintenance team was able to fix it while we had stepped out for the day. Will stay here again.

Surprisingly beautiful

My family and I needed a place that was reasonably priced for a “nap” mid day from Disneyland. We were surprised to discover this newly renovated hotel. 12 out of 10. Front desk were extremely helpful. Staff were kind. Would 1000% stay here again.

We chose this place because it was close to disneyland. A 10-15 minute walk at most honestly. It was a great distance !! The hotel room was a bit small, but that’s okay since we enjoyed being at disney a majority of the day. The AC and heater worked perfectly which was enjoyable. The TV only has capable with some interested cartoons, like disney or boomerang. The shower had nice water pressure which was enjoyable. The only saddening thing was the bed. It was quite uncomfortable leaving us with some pains throughout the day. It was more of a harder and firmer mattress and not in a good way. The pillows are small as well. Losing sleep is not a good thing lol, but it was fine though. But besides that everything was amazing, they even give you a discount for the Denny’s next door.

Parking was narrow

The stay would’ve been 5 stars but the parking was cramped because they decided to re tar the parking lot. So the cars were too close for comfort and made the drive ways super narrow. But other than that it was a great stay!

A home away from home

Stayed here again, and everything was great. The room is spotless and spacious and surprisingly quiet. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I really appreciate not having to move my car until 6pm after checking out.
