Honestly, it wasn't bad. It is a good budget option for Disney. We weren't in the hotel for anything other than sleeping. However, if you are planning on hanging out in the hotel - do not recommend.
A couple things I had issues with:
1. No elevator. We had a stroller and it was a pain in the ass getting up and down the stairs with our toddler, especially if he was sleeping after a long day at Disney. Plus, carrying luggage upstairs, with kids, sucks.
2. The carpet was FILTHY. It was super dark, so you couldnt notice. However, my son walked around one evening in the room without shoes on and his feet were black within an hour. Disgusting.
3. TV had channels, but nothing of interest. I think the only normal channel was ABC.
4. Our room was directly behind the Carls Jr. and the room reeked of fast food the entire time. It was disgusting.
5. We had some pretty sketch stuff going on the last night we were there. There was someone walking down the hall outside, trying to open doors to rooms. I couldnt make out what they were saying, but it sounded like they were up to no good. Addtionally, when they got to the end of the hall, there was loud banging and then a car sped off. It was just odd. On more than one occasion, someone tried to open our door that night.
5. It is pretty clear there are a couple rooms that people are living out of.
