I had booked a king room for my weekend stay and unfortunately at check in I was told they were all out of king rooms and only have 2 queens, but they would upgrade me to a Disney theme room due to the inconvenience. My husband is 6'5" and hearing this made me annoyed instantly since I knew he would not be able to sleep comfortable on a queen bed. The shower was not properly cleaned either. The tub appeared to have sand in there? i'd say the only positive about this room I was upgraded to was being able to see the fireworks from my room door and it being a 10 minute walk to disney.

Staff was courteous. I was just confused by housekeeping’s schedule because we checked in on a Wednesday and was given this informational letter which included the info about how housekeeping cleans your room every other day. We assumed they’d clean on Friday but they did not clean it.

Room was pretty dusty, hardwood floors had dust around the edges and on top of the tv. Our shower didn’t have a light so it was very dim. Our room felt like a hospital room. Workers were amazing! But for the price I paid, it could’ve been a lot better.

Room spotless Robert the manager super awesome knows customer service very well. And runs a tight ship. Valet guys and girl so professional and a so patient. This is a great hotel with great people. Took an uber to Disney for a convention and was so easy quick no issues. Great location as well.

The staff was very helpful and friendly we wanted to switch rooms because we were on the back side of the hotel and was a little noisy and called the front desk and asked if we could move in the morning and they said they had a room and we could move now. Rooms were clean and the park view was amazing would definitely stay there again.

Room was good staff were nice. Internet is about as fast as dial up, ridiculous. The place is very close to Disney so they don't have to offer much of anything else. No breakfast, must ask to have your room cleaned.

Room for as clean and had plenty of space for 4 people. Would be nice for at least one more suitcase rack, no hotel ever has more than one. Convenient for Disney, just a 10 min walk. No breakfast incl but plenty options around the hotel.

Hotel felt more like a motel. Extremely noisy. Felt overpriced for what we got. Construction in front lobby and constant construction noise coming from upstairs. The only plus from our stay here is the location is walking distance to Disney.
