It's a very basic hotel at a very reasonable price. The room was fine and the space adequate. Beds are comfortable. It's not too close to Disneyland, so requires a 30min or so walk, depending on your speed. The shower is incredibly low flow. The walls are paper-thin and we were woken up every morning between 4-6am by our neighbours. The A/C unit shines a neon violet light all night which casts over the closest bed, requiring a night mask or pillow over the head. Unfortunately, all this made the stay quite challenging and sleep hard to find.

Make sure to read the note in your hotel

The location is pretty good in proximity to Disneyland - took about 15 minutes to walk to the maingate. If you plan to spend your whole time at Disneyland, it's great. However... -It's LOUD. You can hear everything and everyone. We were there for the race weekend (race on Sunday) but Friday morning we could hear everyone moving around outside at 3am. -There is a very small note on the counter regarding the air conditioner...you CANNOT set it under 70 degrees, or else the AC continues to drop. We set it to 68 degrees before we went to sleep and I woke up freezing - it was at 63 degrees, and every 30 minutes, the AC unit would make gurgling ice noises. I was awake from 3-5am. I talked to the manager in the morning - he asked if we wanted them to look at it, but I said it's fine, we'll keep it at 70. We set it there, and when we returned, it was back to 63 degrees. -The shower head was kind of crusty (probably hard water stained). Overall, for the price, it's fine, but if you can afford more, I would recommend more.

Our ADA room does not have an accessible toilet. ( no rails to pull up on) They have no rooms that do. I am going to have to get up every time my husband goes to the bathroom all night, to help him get up from the toilet.

It was kind of janky with the empty lot in front of the property and the smokers outside. Also the staff is not knowledgeable about park hours. Totally lied about closing time and we almost missed out on 2 hours of park time if we listened

Plumbing issues

The hotel interior is cute and recently remodeled but there were some issues which took this from a great stay to a disappointment. The first being that the hotel has plumbing issues when we were there which included no hot water. The second issue is the way it was handled things break but we were told someone would follow up with us but nothing happened. When I went back the desk it was clear no one had even been called out to fix it by the next morning and they knew they had plumbing issues. I hope they fix this for future guests.

The location smells, outside, inside the hallways, we stayed on the top third floor, in the rooms it smelled. It was 80-90 degrees outside and it smelled like something had died and was rotting. On the 2nd night, the fridge went out and defrosted while we were gone at Disneyland for day, we cledd as Ned it up and called the office person who came up quickly and apologized but no maintenance people on site, she advised she would have it looked at in AM which was fine as we were checking out. No offer to take care of room for the night or other comp, just sorry.

Overall this was a great find. Was able to walk to DT Disney & close to the freeway too. Clean & staff was also friendly. The only thing I was missing was a bathtub. But other than that it was great!
