Overall the hotel is very clean with gorgeous scenery inside and out. Great place for pictures. The room I had was very spacious but the lighting was very dim, too dim for my liking. The bed was okay, kind of bouncy. Very clean bathroom. Parking can be a pain and they charge $25 per night. Also plan on hiking the parking lot if you leave and come back in the evening. They do have a shuttle to Disneyland that runs hourly.

Stayed in the Unicorn Junior Suite and it was very spacious and clean. Wish they had a vanity and slightly larger bathrooms, but overall great accommodations. They were celebrating a 10th year anniversary and it was nice to see the decorations. Hope to see some upgrades before the 15th anniversary! Very nice hotel to stay near the parks with constant transportation to and from the entrance of Disneyland. Cant wait to plan our next trip!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at near the Disneyland resort! I won't stay anywhere else. Clean, convenient, free shuttle to Disneyland, restaurants, friendly staff and great rooms!

Stay away at any cost!!!

Absolute horrible experience, wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and if people tell be they booked it I will tell them to cancel their booking and get a different hotel. Had to change rooms because of a sewage smell and the didn’t offer to help us move our stuff to a new room, hotel shut the water off for 5hrs in the middle of the day. Shuttles buses to Disneyland are very inconsistent and never on time. This hotel is 0/10 motel 6 would be better then this place

Convenient to the park, shuttle was so easy for drop off and pick up at the park, hotel room was very clean and onsite restaurant was decent, kids loved the pool and grounds well taken care of and koi pond was so cute!

This was our 5th & last stay at this hotel. It used to be a great place to stay when visiting Disney but the hotel has definitely gone down hill & we will not be staying here again. The room was not clean, bathroom needs updating the shower curtains are gross & water leaks all over the floor when showering. The air conditioner did not work well. After a long day at the parks we look forward to a nice shower & a cool clean room.

The property is great, the staff and the amenities are wonderful. The only thing I didnt like was the hot water situation. Hot water wasnt readily available, which meant showers were either cold or spent waiting, hoping, or praying for hot water.
