Hotel room not good, lobby and pool great.
The lobby and pool are great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there were a lot of disappointments this visit. The water took about 20 minutes to turn warm in the sink. The shower didn’t drain well so you had to stand in a big pool of water while you shower. There was blood on our sheets the door to the bathroom closed so tight and stuck so it was really hard to get open each time.

The hotel rooms are very outdated . The room smelled, the water in the sink smelled, the mattresses are old and squeaky and the rooms were not cleaned daily .

I always stay here when visting disney. Unfortunately this time, we stayed in one of the outdated room. Bathroom toilet wouldnt stop running and i actually fixed it myself, shower head and tub were dirty. Most of the electronics in room ran on surge protectors and outlets were loose on walls. Couldnt plug our phone chargers there. The mini fridge was best part, even though it was old it worked great.

This hotel is a must for Disney vacationers! The shuttle into the park is priceless. The theme of the hotel and rooms extends the magical experience beyond the park's walls. If you want to watch the fireworks show without going back to the park, you have a front row view from the hotel parking lot. Always a wonderful stay!

Very outdated, bed sheets were dirty and no one ever came to clean until the day of checkout. Also the heater wasn’t able to be turned on unless “3” people complained so our room was cold our entire stay.

I like having transportation to Disneyland. This place is not clean. It’s old. Water in bathtub went down very slowly. They won’t clean room daily. Every 3 days cleaning unless you ask. Bathroom floors needed mopped.

The lobby was very nice, however it was very deceiving. The rooms are extremely outdated. Wallpaper was peeling all over the place, the shower seemed dirty, and once we got into the hallways of the garden view area you could tell the condition was mediocre at best.

The grounds, facility other than my room is very nice. My room was extremely outdated, poorly maintained, musty smell when you enter the lobby. Bathroom had all kinds of stains, marks on the walls. Bottom of the bathroom door is rusted out. Bathroom door rubbed when closing, shower head was needing replaced. Coffee maker and tv needs to go. What hotel has a 32 inch tv...old!!. Bed was comfortable.

Nice people. Eager to serve guests needs. We've been staying here for years. Location is convenient. Restaurants are decent. Has a store and deli. The Japanese restaurant, Hanagi, is Very good; one of the best I've been to. And I'm picky about my sushi. Fabulous!

I could see fireworks feom disneyland from my room. They had a princess in the lobby my daughter was so excited. Theu also have story time. Great place to stay with if you have kids & walkablento disneyland
