Loved the hotel, service was great, clean the pool area was alot of fun. Only drawback is the parking garage, very dark and creepy. You pay extra for it. our card wouldnt work, we had it replaced but we were there 5 days and it never let us out

All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The floors, especially the carpet, were pretty stained, but the rest of the housekeeping was good. I wish they would provide dishes and silverware - it was hard to use the kitchen without them. They did give some to us at the front desk when we asked. I would also suggest not taking and washing the towels every day; we would’ve been happy to use them for a few days to be more eco-friendly. I also think the resort fees and amenities should either be optional or built into the per night cost, but it wasn’t a lot. Decent breakfast with lots of options, the giant hot tub was my favorite! Wish it was open later for after those long Disney days. It’s hard to find a hotel that fits bigger families comfortably, so we appreciate that. Overall a good stay.

Great, friendly service. Clean rooms and a stunning view. We were given a room on the 12th floor and could see everything to the horizon. Plus, there's a nice heated pool. And it's a 25-minute walk to Disneyland.
