The room was comfortable and of great size. We enjoyed the pool (though a bit small) and slides and the complementary breakfast. Walkable to disneyland but can be a bit of a stretch after a tiring day.

The pool area for the kids was amazing!!! They absolutely loved it. I suggest taking 1 full day to relax at the pool before going to Disneyland. It was so relaxing. Guest services was very supportive. Food at the pool was awesome. Surrounded by areas to eat dinner a huge plus with a family of 6. Very much appreciated by all. evlk

The resort was what I expected other than super crowded but that’s because of the long weekend. My only complaint is the staff informed me that they have a shuttle which turned out to be the Art bus. that comes and picks you up outside the place every 15 minutes we used it twice and it was over 40 minutes each time. So we wasted our money and did Uber after that I would suggest the staff does not direct people to use the Art bus. Ridiculous.

Front desk staff was friendly . Arrived early and promptly got a call back that room was available for early check in . Carpet in room can use an overhaul , kinda old looking and sticky in some parts. Bathroom had an unusual odor . Pool was fun . Location good in terms of plenty of quick service restaurants on property .

Find somewhere else

Got there about 1:30 -2 to check in, yes that’s before check in but usually hotels can accommodate that. Did all the swiping and signing and was told they would text me when the room is ready. Never received a text, get there later, very tired from a day at Disneyland. Front desk people very rude and made us doing the swiping and signing totaling $400 deposit since they already held the original deposit. Cups of half drank alcohol all over the lobby. Hotel smells like weed. Cleaning ladies start knocking around 9:30 to clean and get you out of there. Speaking of cleaning ladies, we left the room and got down the hallway before we realized AirPods got left behind. The cleaning lady had put them in her pocket. Not like the cart to return them in her pocket and when we came back she didn’t hand them over we had to look for them before she actually gave them back. The pool was disgusting so many people. No place to sit, kids literally couldn’t even get in the pool because there was just SO MANY people. Decent hotel for a family for the price but it’s not clean. Staff are not nice. And the overall vibe is let’s get as much money as we can from people staying there.

I am absolutely disappointed in this recent stayed.First informals this place needs alot of control pool area is very hectic alot of diving,screaming,running some areas are over wet with moldy water,where it feels very slippery and slimmy there was black water warms floating in the water pots..My daughter got kicked in the face do to other kids diving ,where it caused her nose to bleed.It was really upsetting there is no first aid kids around i ran to the bar area to asked for napkins,Therefore,i walked to the restroom where in between both of the restrooms there is a water dispenser spilling water beyond dangerous and slippery…I am a VIP memeber and no discount was honored.Day 2 my stuff that was left on a patio set was touched and moved !!,personal purse ,beach bag,clothes was moved by rude security .Before i left my stuff i was told it was ok for me to grab breakfast so when i walk in i noticed security with glasses a little heavy weight gave my spot to someone else.Moving forward with that issue.Breakfast is complimentary which is awesome ,we enjoy making mickey mouse waffles but it is so hectic to make a batch of waffles by the time i was done my eggs and sausage was cold ,people are all over the place pushing cutting in line to get breakfast,kids making waffles with no supervision.I think this place needs alot of control or extra staff to keep it clean,organized and over for a better experience,I really hope they take action and fix all those things.ASAP

The hotel was amazing! So fun for the kids. Unfortunately, Disneyland was close to a 30 minute walk away, and the hotel was right next to the freeway, which was noisy all night.

Decent hotel close to a few fast food joints and. close to Disney, pool crowded but kids enjoyed. Complimentary breakfast good but it’s so crowded in the morning.
