We enjoyed our stay. The cleaning crew were really good. Beds were comfy. A 15-20 minute walk to Disney. Morning breakfast at Denny's is included.

We stayed here for a cheer competition at the Convention Center which we walked to every day. Check-in was extremely easy. Room was clean, and so was the surrounding area. I’ve never been a fan of hotel breakfasts, but my husband and I loved the breakfast vouchers for Denny’s next door. The staff at Denny’s was amazing and food was great! Pool and spa area was clean and working well. Only downsides for us was we were closer to the street so it could get noisy at times( maybe request a room further away from street), beds were not very comfortable IMO, and cleaning carts sounded like jets as they rolled past the room. With that being said I would stay here again!!

The hotel was a little outdated but very clean. We were only there to sleep as we were at the parks from open to close. The distance from the parks is very walkable and convenient and the staff that we encountered were super nice.

Noisy plumbing but friendly service.

Service was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we could hear water running any time another room would flush or take a shower. It was extremely loud to where it woke me up every time.

Beds are super small. That’s my only compliant. First time ever in California. You hear nothing but bad things about the people. I had to call twice prior to my stay. Everyone was super nice and extremely helpful. Great location. Would absolutely stay with them again.

Convenient location. Property was clean. Staff is friendly. there are a few restaurants nearby. Denny's next door. Asian restaurant next door very good. Small grocery store next door. Parking cheaper than other hotels nearby. Took uber to the main gate for about $6-8 or else its a 20 min walk through down town disney.

Carpet dirty and not vacuumed. Woke up to flooded bathroom shoes and clothes soaking wet. Several other rooms also flooded same morning. Had to pack up all our belongings and children and move to another room. Caused our day to be delayed by 2 hours
