Clean! Close to downtown Disney! Only complaint for me was the outlets in our room are loose and don’t hold the plugs in the wall! Outdated technology for charging devices!

First all the positives. It was a very convenient location for our visit. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast included was great, multiple options for almost anyone’s tastes. Daily housekeeping was excellent since we stayed 5 nights and didn’t have to be inundated by our trash. My negatives are that it is very dated and you can see where they have made some upgrades, but overall feels old. The door to our bathroom didn’t close all the way. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so I assume that the wooden doorway is swollen so much that the door will not close without significant force. The carpet was filthy. If our feet were wet even a little and we walked on the carpet they would turn black. I wouldn’t let my kids sit on the floor for that reason. It was very noisy sometimes. We were right next to the elevator so I know that contributed to it. Overall good, but I’m not sure if I would stay there again unless I knew there were some updates and a change to the carpet cleaning protocol.

Room service people used big trolleys to transfer rubbish starting around 7.30-8am until 11-12am and they are super loud. There is no way you can sleep in as there is no sound prove doors or windows.

My wife went first to get us both a table and when she went in a staff ask for her card which she was not carrying it at that time, then ask the room number, which she gave, then my first name, which she gave and then my last name. And when I went in, just showed my door ID and she let me and my grandson in. My wife was upset because on how your staff asked her the series of information as though she was being interogated. My wife said, "she was not courteous, polite and did not even said, good morning. Your staff also failed to greet me too when I went in. We also observed that almost all white people were not asked specially in group of 5 or 6. regarding their room number. I do understand that you need to check but apply it to all your guest and not randomly base from how they look at the person. Very bad customer service. We did our breakfast last October 13 at around 8:20am.

Room was alright ,pretty small, and no fan in the bathroom, which made the whole room steamy and condonstation which was gross and air conditioner and tv didnt work, but it was clean and close to the parks.

Good location, walkable to Disneyland. The beds are small and the room is too small for all of the furniture. There is a table and chairs in between the wall and one of the beds that can’t really be used because there’s no room. It hasn’t been updated for a while, very dated. Shower is dated, hard to turn on, low water pressure. They offer a full complimentary breakfast. Pancakes, ham, eggs, chorizo potatoes, cereal, bagels, pastries, toast.
