The receptionist was very pleasant and nice to talk to. Gave is directions to Disneyland which was about a 10 min drive. The room was cleaned, Renovated, the hotel was also very clean. Overall a nice experience for us as a family of 4. I would def stay here again.

Nice hotel, it shows a little age, rooms are spacious. Liked the hotel monogram on things, touch of class. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing and sweet. The pictures online are completely deceiving. The hotel lobby smelled old when you walked in. The furniture was dirty and covered with throws/blankets. The hall way to our room was dingy and there was a side door constantly propped open with a rock allowing anyone to enter from the parking lot. Our room was dated but clean and unfortunately smelled a little moldy. Our window was propped open when we first checked in which led us to believe they were airing it out. We were there for 4 nights and did not allow housekeeping to enter as we felt uncomfortable. Hotel was far from the Disney Magic. Price was good and hotel was quiet. If they update it then it would be great as the staff is wonderful.
