The rooms were filthy. When I asked for the room to be cleaned I was given a different room but the microwave was unusable due to be dirty. One of the reasons I picked this place was for the microwave since I planned on being there for a week. They collected a $50 cash deposit but would not give me a receipt. They also never came to clean or replace towels the whole week. When arriving at 12:10 am one evening I asked for new towels and the front desk told me they stop giving towels after midnight. (None of this was told before)when I asked how I can get towels he told me it wasn’t his problem. There was a homeless gentleman who was sleeping outside more door one night and then the next day in the elevator. When I left this morning, I had to ring the bell for over 10 min to get the worker to wake up and give me my $50 deposit back. The level of unprofessionalism and how dirty this location is disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. DO NOT STAT HERE!!

Horrible customer service after finding BEDBUGS in our beds, refused a refund, refused to give me a different room, and wanted me to stay in the same bed because all of their rooms already had “reservations”. They told me to talk to the manager the following day and they called me a liar and told me there wasn’t anything there even after seeing all of the pictures and videos I took of the beds because they refused to go to the room to check the beds themselves.

The place was great, great service, great location, close to Knotts, the room was large the exterior could use a little tlc, the interior was good, the olny thing was that the couch was broken but we didn't use it oe needed it.
