I will start with i will never stay at this hotel again. Staff had no costumer service. Person at the front was rude and did not even open the office. We got there a few minutes befo r e check in. The office was closed and had to use the side window for night arrivals. Once in the room we found the toilet seat cracked. Again I will never go there again.

The room was clean. The bathroom was spacious. The soap dispensers were a nice added touch. The outside did not match the inside of the room. The air conditioners on this property need to be changed. They are old, loud, and leak water into the pathway - potential slip hazard. The building needs to be repainted. The parking lot needs to be reslurried.
