Yes. The the air unit didn't work. No AC and the regular fan smelt burnt when used. They notified us that they were going to decommission the room after we left, which didn't help us at all. Then my toe nail snagged and was almost ripped off (a bloody mess) because the slide cracks are quite large and the "life guards" were falling asleep and didn't know what to do. No first aid kits.

When I booked I made a note that we were coming for my daughter’s 13th birthday, I didn’t expect anything but you never know. They put us on the 12th floor, facing the parks and when we checked in on Friday night my daughters got to watch the fireworks from our window before bed. They also left balloons, candy and a card. Unfortunately our room had blue sticky spots on the carpet, since we were only in the room to sleep I ignored it. We have stayed at Cambria once before and my complaint from this time and last time is the breakfast. I really wish the meat and eggs would change up each morning. The same scrambled egg yellow mush and sausages every day. I’ve never once seen bacon and how hard would it be to offer different eggs. That aside it’s a big breakfast area with lots of seating, the fresh fruit is nice and my girls love the Mickey waffles. Everyone always asks about the walk so I’m going to address it - it takes between 15-25 minutes depending on the pace of your group and how many red lights you have to wait at. I could do it in 15 minutes every time if it was just me but being in a group of 7 slows it down. My family is very used to walking on vacations, we go to Waikiki every year and do a ton of walking. The walk from Cambria to the park in the morning is a breeze, I grab a Starbucks in the parking lot beforehand and I actually enjoy it. The walk back at night is admittedly harder but still not a big deal. We like cutting through the Anaheim GardenWalk.

Staff were great and super helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well laid out. I especially appreciated the design where the shower and toilet were separated by a door, allowing the bathtub (which also doubled as a shower), sink, and mirror to remain accessible. My kids loved the pool area, and the hotel’s proximity to Disney was fantastic — we even had a great view of the fireworks! I would have given a 5-star rating, but the room lacked basic kitchen items like plates and utensils, and the dining table only seated two people, despite the room being designed for six.

I paid $32 to park my own car and $20 for a pool I didn’t want, they charged me $260 deposit and it been a week and funds still show pending on my bank, they’re still holding on my money, don’t stay here plenty of other nice hotels in the area !!
