Clean rooms and the staff is in touch for your needs. My family really like the hotel since the moment we arrived the staff was very polite. Rooms were very clean and pool was what my kids enjoyed the most. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Hotel was spacious. Room was big, and had a bathtub & seperate shower. Had to use room key to go up to your floor in elevator so we felt safe. Free breakfast was huge, lots of choices & low calorie options too. Pool area was large with lots of space. Restaurants right beside hotel was so convenient. We always grabbed a starbucks on way to Disney park. We will definitely stay again. We also walked to park everyday, only approx 15-20mins but walking through Garden Walk was always so nice so we didnt mind.

Breakfast was a war zone.....especially with the waffle maker. The staff at front desk was not consistent with their messages and rules. Overall stay was enjoyable for the kids.

They do not have handicap rooms. You have to pay for parking at the hotel. And then parking at Disneyland. Swimming pool were very small. Breakfast was the same thing everyday. So no mixing things up. Half of the drink machine were broken. The breakfast staff had some nice people. It was also a pain to run the elevator. You had to use your key card right when the doors were closing other wise it didn’t work.
