We loved our room for our family. Area to sleep with a separate TV and ktichen area! The two showers/tub were an added bonus. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've had in my many travels. The swimming area with the slides were great! Even a good sized hottub! And its within waking diatance to disneyland, near several places to eat and shop! And...a well equipt work out room! We had a great stay!

Overall it was quiet, clean and comfortable. My biggest reasons for docking a mark was because the pool chemicals were quite strong. My toddler had really bad reactions around his eyes to it so we couldn’t use the pool much unfortunately. Use goggles if your eyes are sensitive to pools. Unfortunately trying to reason with a toddler isn’t always easy. Not being able to bring your own drinks into the pool area also sucked. The laundry prices are also ridiculous. I’m from Canada so once the current exchange rate was taken into consideration one load of laundry cost me $17! I had to do 3 loads while we were there. $50 on laundry is over the top. Especially when I’m already paying $19 tax USD per night for resort fee’s. All the dining options in the parking lot were super convenient! We especially loved Jersey Mikes, Habit & The fish grill.

I’m not a big review guy but thought some candid feedback could be helpful. Rooms - the carpet in our suite was pretty nasty. Stains everywhere and in dire need of replacement. It made everything else feel dirty. The pullout bed worked for our 6 year old daughter but would not recommend for a teenager or adult. The beds were just ok, but not great. Bathroom was tiny. It was extremely noisy - 24/7 being close to the freeway/main thoroughfare. Worse than expected. Complimentary Breakfast - Gross and complete chaos. I avoided this after this first day, but my daughter did like the Mickey waffles. A) food quality was very poor B) never enough cutlery, and good luck finding a knife. On our last day they ran out of plates, so they pivoted to paper - nothing but class here. Fortunately, Starbucks is a stones throw away. Amenities - Pool is heated, but it wasn’t clean. There was a scum ring around the pool. The deck was dirty as well. The hot tub was nice and warm and seemed cleaner than the pool. The 2 water slides are fun for the kids and there’s an outdoor area to play basketball, table tennis, mini golf. Transportation - ART - I personally wouldn’t recommend it. The bus-stop is close but pickup times were inconsistent outside the hotel and at Disney. Ubers are cheap from the hotel and after one day on the ART that was our preferred choice Positives - Front desk staff was pleasant and hotel is in close walking distance to good amount of dining options.
