Hotel is clean, beds are small in the double and the bathroom is definitely smaller than most other places I’ve stayed. Hotel rooms could benefit from modernization.

We didn't go to the pool. But last time we did it was fine. The only shopping we did was we had breakfast there. When we left, the breakfast was good. The service was great, but it seemed a little pricey. For what you got

Very dirty. The bathroom tub didn't drain when you showered. No fan or ventilation in the bathroom. Floors were not clean. Musky smell in the room like feet. Not the best place to stay, but no bed bugs so that's nice I guess.

The water temperature in the bathrooms was difficult to use, it was either scalding hot or lukewarm at best. Also, there wasn't a microwave in the room which is fairly standard for most rooms.

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores and Disneyland, ART bus also pulls up right out the front of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean - beds super comfy. Great value for money
