Checking into the room was odd. The office door said to ring the doorbell — so we did — and the front desk person came through another door telling us to just twist the knob (thanks, Captain Obvious lol.) The front desk person who checked us in honestly looked disheveled & seemed out of it. After being in the room for a little, we noticed our room looked as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were marks on the walls, dirt/dust in corners, stains on decorative pillows, & even a graffiti tag on a shelf in the bathroom. On top of this, it was insanely loud when guests above us showered. Like, I’m talking it sounded like there was a raging waterfall coming down. It was functional, but we will not be returning.

Easy check in and had the choice of which floor. We wanted to stay on. Very cute the second you drive up all the way to your room which is cutely styled. It was a hit with my teen girl who said it was “aesthetically pleasing” and requested we stay there each visit to Anaheim.

Everything was great. Safe place to stay very close to Disneyland two bus stops away for $2. Liquor store right outside. Very convenient location would stay here again!

Check in was smooth and easy. The guy at the counter was very informative and nice about the room. He let us know all the snacks and drinks were for us free of charge, which after a day at Disneyland was awesome! The room smelled cleans looked clean. Check in process was fast & easy. Room had a mini fridge with water, sparkling water, & other miscellaneous snacks at no extra cost, which was really nice & appreciated. Bed was comfortable & noise level was good. We stayed one night for a work event in the area. Room decor was beautiful but wish they would pay more attention to cleaning the walls since they all had smudges. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, turned my white socks grey. The shower head was broken, so it got the floor soaked. Bugs were in the bed-hopefully not bedbugs. The walls and towels were dirty and smells muggy. My friend next door also had same experience. I definitely do not recommend!

The room was very dirty (light fixtures coated in dust, walls covered in black streaks, water damage in bathroom and ceilings covered in moisture damage) The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower has no door so water spread all over the floor and caused me to slip. The AC unit was very loud and bright outdoor lights shined through the window slats making it hard to sleep. I do not recommend staying here.
Water damage. There was also damage all over the ceiling.
No shower door so water poured out onto the floor creating very slippery surface. Had to pile up all our towels to soak it up.

COMFY BEDS! Not super squishy but not hard, possibly memory foam, not sure. My hips did not hurt. Down comforters. Nice bathroom. Complimentary drinks and snacks in room. Free parking, easy going staff, very accommodating. Clean (although baseboards and some walls need some touch up paint). Good coffee, Peet’s, mini keurig so you could bring your own if preferred. Mini moo creamers. Will stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was not as clean as expected, and there was visible mold growing along the side of the shower. The walls were heavily scuffed, and the entire room felt very humid and uncomfortable. It did not feel fresh or well-maintained, which made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness and overall upkeep

There was gross stuff ALL over the walls, floor, and sheets. ALL bedding and towels had RED stains. There was also MOLD growing in the shower. The ONLY saving grace was that the water pressure in the shower was good.

The rooms were very dirty. Towels looked either used or stained. Hair that wasn't ours in the shower. Stains all over the walls, inches of dust covering surfaces. Complementary toiletries were half used, and not by us! Normally I tidy up before I leave but I left things messy on purpose for the sake of the next guests!
