Very clean room and checking in was fast and easy. Around a 15 minute walk to the park entrance or a $7 uber ride! Highly recommend if you are traveling with family!

The hotel had a power outage for 24 hours and did not care for the customer. Hotel did not offer the customer to book at a different location. Very unprofessional for the hotel. All photos listed on website are false this hotel is falling apart. Needs a city inspector to come by and look at the unsafe stairs and rooms.

Staff is super friendly. Grounds are safe, well kept, plenty of parking. Walking distance to Disneyland, shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, spacious great for families. One thing I wanted to make a note of is there were some spiderwebs inside the rooms that were overlooked. Besides this I would stay here again. Free breakfast was a hit for our family!

Really liked the bi-level loft space and multiple bathrooms. Made getting ready much faster. Having ART bus stop in parking lot was great and still close enough to walk if we wanted. Staff was very friendly and they let us park there before we could check in so we could walk to the parks and check in later. Have stayed multiple places and this is our favorite. We always try to get this hotel when we visit.

This was a great less expensive alternative to staying in the Disney hotels. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Disney or you can do reserved transport. We were able to fit a party of 8 with a baby. Cook our dinners. I do wish the room with double beds had a place for drawers and the kitchen was missing kitchen essentials. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

The day staff were amazing. The night manager was so rude to us. We had returned from disneyland late but we were not loud or anything but he called and threatened to send security to our suite if we don't quiet. We were justdoing normal thing like eat, take showers and get organized for the next day. May be it might be a good idea to investigate before accusing people of being disorderly However the day staff we all nice abd professional. Suite wasn't as clean as l would liked it to be. The loft bathroom had mildew and was not cleaned properly:(

The room was disgusting, and the carpet were wet. It had a bad smell that they covered with some type of sense and after 1 AM, the smell came back

This property is within easy walking distance to Disney parks, clean and has some smaller furniture to cater to young children. Breakfast was a buffet style with a good selection. Appartments are clean and spacious. Just be aware some appartments are up a flight of stairs with no elevator

The clementine is great! Alex at the front desk is amazing. I think people need to realize this isn’t the grand Californian - but if you want a clean place with lots of space and amazing service, this is the way to go. It’s close to the parks, easy Uber or walking. Definitely hits all the points.
