No park shuttle during the afternoon
Unfortunately was a considerable walk to the parks , because the shuttle does't run in the afternoons. Good transit for $2 / trip just outside the hotel ,and drops off next to the park - unfortunate to have the extra expense for larger families can add up for multiple trips

This place is dirty, smells like mold, sheets were stained. Found other peoples hair all over the bed sheet and blankets. Mold was found in pul-out.

Room wasn’t cleaned. Sheets were dirty and covered in what he hope was pet hair and not human hair. One room smelled like sewer and the other had musty smell. The pull out bed was covered in mold. You get what you pay for.

Easy to place a maintenance call for my room. Hair dryer was broken. When I called it in, the hair dryer was replaced while I was attending a church service. The cleaning team worked with the maintenance team to "quality check" on the replaced hair dryer.

Really decent room. Super clean inside, soft clean bed, bathroom, Could use updating but clean and works fine. Room was equipped with a rather large fridge and microwave. Took full advantage of the hot tub and walking around the parks all day. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is the breakfast is quick and easy. There is cereal, milk, fruit, toast, yogurt, juice, and waffles. Note that they disney land fire works go off above the hotel and can be loud it isn't a long show plus u can veiw them from the hotel parking lot with ease.

First of all this hotel is expensive for a dirty room. I found hair in my bathroom, the shower doesn’t drain, and the curtains had a disgusting stain on it. On top of that they do not have enough parking and if you can even find a spot you will probably have to park up against the pool in not even a real parking spot. Also, you can only park there until 11am on the last day of your stay otherwise you will get towed. So if you’re staying there for the convenience of parking and their shuttle, you will still have to pay for parking your last day and the shuttle doesn’t run between 10 and 5:30. Lastly, the staff was rude and unhelpful. When I asked if there was any exception to the parking past 11 since I hadn’t even been there for 10 hours he pointed to the sign that said the rule and ignored me. When I called to complain they said there is nothing they could do for me since I didn’t talk to the front desk before I checked out. I was there 12am to 8am only and didn’t feel comfortable walking around by myself at that time. DO NOT STAY HERE

Great spot to watch the Disney fireworks while in the pool. Close to a convenience food shop across the road to load up snacks cheaper than Disney. There is a free shuttle, but it’s close enough that Ubers are $7 if you miss the shuttle. Definitely recommended for the price. It’s tidy all you need when spending the day at Disneyland
