Parking here is $35 a night, even if you’re a paying hotel guest.
Also, they call their service “valet” but you don’t have a choice because they don’t have a parking spot for every hotel room.
They have no elevator, so if you need to access your vehicle to put heavier items in versus walking upstairs to your room with them, you’re out of luck, unless you want to wait for them to move everyone’s cars around so you can access your own. This was such an incredible inconvenience and this issue alone made me regret ever booking a stay here. How does a hotel not have enough parking for every room to have at least one parking spot? And then on top of that, you’re still going to charge $35 a night for us to NOT be able to access our vehicle?
On top of all of that, the bathroom was disgusting—hair on the floor, hair on the toilets, hair on the clean folded towels. I didn’t even shower or spend any more time in the bathroom than was necessary.
The wifi was slow and I had to use my own hotspot the whole time so our ipad would connect.
The only—and I mean ONLY—decent thing about staying here is the proximity to the park. That is it. The staff was friendly but it’s just not enough to look past how inconvenient it was to not have access to our vehicle and still be charged every night for it.
I’m trying to find nice things to say to sort of balance this review out but I just can’t. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone and I would NEVER pay to be a guest here again.
