The desk clerk on night shift when we checked in was horrible. The hotel does not have an elevator for our guest with a mobility issue. The did not provide a ground floor room when requested due to lack of elevator.

There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived so it hadn’t been cleaned well from the start. The cleaners didn’t come by to clean the room until the evening and each time they came, we were in our room resting from being at Disneyland all day. So our room never got cleaned throughout our whole stay. The air conditioning unit is extremely loud. We could also hear the washing machines going very loudly. One night while we were trying to sleep the washing machines/dryers were so loud that it was vibrating and rattling the lamps on the walls.

Helpful staff, spotlessly clean room that had been updated. I was on the 2nd floor. No elevator, but the steps weren't too bad. The pool and jacuzzi were great. I appreciated the valet parking attendant, who also acted as security. There's a vending machine room that includes frozen dinner entrees, so if you're exhausted, you can just microwave something. PROXIMITY plus - we had an infant and it was exactly 700 steps from the door of the motel to the front gate of Disneyland. Easy to come back and take a nap. Only issue was noise, due to the Disney marathons on Saturday and Sunday. If I had known, we would have come a different weekend. Loudspeakers began at 6:00 a.m. and on Sunday a helicopter was right on top of us at 6:15 a.m. Disturbing. This is not the motel's fault. They kept our bags in a secure room after checking out on Sunday. Really terrific staff.

Our room, while not fancy, was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Staff? Wonderful. Great option for a visit to Disneyland! Just steps away. One of our go to places to stay whenever we are in town
