Overall, this Disneyland Good Neighbor hotel is really nice and in a great location for Disneyland visitors. It’s a very easy 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland Resort (includes the parks and Downtown Disney). Easy access to local restaurants and stores. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was delicious and the dining room was very clean. Dining room is only open for breakfast. Had plenty of room for guests.
The hotel is an older hotel that has been nicely refurbished. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Includes a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. However, rooms are not soundproof; you will hear other guests in the rooms above and next door. And although there are double windows, rooms facing the street will hear the street noise. Also, it has a very small, tight pool area.
My only complaint is not hotel related…the surrounding area is pretty clean and attractive, but there were several homeless people between the hotel and Disneyland Resort area. They didn't bother us as we walked by but it was slightly uncomfortable. We never felt unsafe or in harm’s way.
We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again should we return to Disneyland.
