Convenient and nice

Convenient walk to Disneyland. Hotel was nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The free delivery service from their restaurant downstairs was also great and it was delicious. Happy we picked this place.

The property is great for walking to Disneyland Park and the pool was very clean and private. Towels are provided for the pool area. The carts make for easy loading and unloading of luggage. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but after a long day at Disneyland we slept pretty well the second night. The only down sides to our stay were the TV had a huge crack that wasn’t noticeable until turned on and after notifying guest services it wasn’t replaced for the remainder of our trip. There was also no hot water for showers at night. We were able to take hot showers for all 5 of our guests with no issues in the morning but showering at night there was no hot water. The air conditioning worked well in the kids room but the door had to be left open between the rooms at night or there wasn’t enough air flow and the rooms seemed humid after showering even after a few hours.

Our 2-Night Stay

The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. We arrived a bit early (before our check-in time), thinking we’d have to wait to check-in. Thankfully, our room was ready and were able to get settled in, freshen up, and head out to the parks! My family and I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly and easy-going. They gave me a complementary room upgrade when I checked in, which pleasantly surprised me and I very much appreciated it. The hotel is very nice inside and the breakfast area was really nice! The only negative part was REALLY loud young adults that ran and screamed down the hallway outside my room two nights in a row. Because each time, the instance did not last long, I never called the front desk so I'm not holding it against the hotel, but very annoying nonetheless.

We tried it because provost said to!

Stayed 2 nights in the 1 bedroom suite with bunk beds. Full size on the top and bottom bunks and 1 king bed was perfect for the 6 of us. The walk to the security of Disneyland took about 11 minutes. The free breakfast was good enough to hold the kids over and the view from the rooftop tables were nice. The pool was centrally located as well as the gym. Overall not a bad spot if you’re looking to stay near Disneyland!

Went on a trip to disney! very good hotel for a disney trip. about a 5-7 min walk from the parks so definitely saves you from driving, very clean, comfy beds, sheets were nice and clean, only downside was the shower :/ the water was really hot, the cold water wasn't working for my room. but overall 9/10 definitely recommend!!!

Staying here was perfect for my nephew and i for visiting Disney California Adventure & Disneyland from Australia.The staff were great to deal with and polite, the breakfast included had a great variety of food and drinks. There are plenty of options for dining in the area and is very safe to walk around at night. Rooms and beds were comfortable and handy having microwave and refrigerator included. I would definitely return to this property without hesitation and recommend if you are looking for accommodation close to Disneyland attractions.
