I wouldn't hesitate staying here again. My only complaint is the common areas of the hotel are very hot and stuffy but our room AC was adequate.

The hotel itself was clean, easy to navigate and in a great location! The huge disappointment was that this hotel does not support any of the Stroller/Child equipment rental companies and will not help with drop off and pickups. While this seems small, I had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 4:00am, that meant the night before I had to walk around the neighbourhood and ask other hotels if I could leave my stroller rental with them so the company could pick it up in the morning at 8:00am. This hotel would NOT hold it for me. Luckily the suites across the street had no issues holding it and graciously accepted my stroller for pickup. It's a big thing when traveling with kids, and due to that I probably couldn't stay here again. (Even talking with the rental companies themselves, they said that this hotel was difficult to work with).

If you are looking for a great family experience DO NOT stay here. The night receptionist names Daniel was rude and disrespectful to my 6 and 8 year old. After a long day of walking we were waiting in the lobby for my husband to park the car. One of my kids started dozing off on my lap and we hear, “ wake up rooms are for sleeping” . At first I was in shock because I didn’t think he was speaking to us - but then I saw no one else was there. I asked him not to yell because he was scaring him. He said he didn’t care. When I asked for his manager he said , “ it doesn’t matter you can complain they won’t do anything”. I do not recommend this place.

Overall, this Disneyland Good Neighbor hotel is really nice and in a great location for Disneyland visitors. It’s a very easy 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland Resort (includes the parks and Downtown Disney). Easy access to local restaurants and stores. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was delicious and the dining room was very clean. Dining room is only open for breakfast. Had plenty of room for guests. The hotel is an older hotel that has been nicely refurbished. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Includes a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. However, rooms are not soundproof; you will hear other guests in the rooms above and next door. And although there are double windows, rooms facing the street will hear the street noise. Also, it has a very small, tight pool area. My only complaint is not hotel related…the surrounding area is pretty clean and attractive, but there were several homeless people between the hotel and Disneyland Resort area. They didn't bother us as we walked by but it was slightly uncomfortable. We never felt unsafe or in harm’s way. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again should we return to Disneyland.

The place was not the best but just because its close to disney, its fine. I would book a different hotel in the future. We missed our check in date and plan to book an extra day, but the price is really not worth it. Glad we did not.

Karina is amazing from desk

Quick get away for the evening. Fast check in. Reasonable prices for parking and deposit. Front desk Karina was amazing. We may come back for our family trip because of her. Although a gentleman working the late evening shift treated my husband like he wasn’t a guest and even questioned our room number when coming in with the rest of the Disney tourists all because we left the key in our vehicle. Did not appreciate being questioned like that. I’m sure if our children were with us he wouldn’t have been grilled
