This hotel is stop away from Disneyland which is convenient if you’re going to the theme park. Staff is friendly and room service is good if you stay multiple days. Overall a good stay.

My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the brand of toiletries provided. Parking was easy and convenient, though I was surprised that the hotel charged another $33 per day/night for parking in addition to the room charge -- I was not expecting this extra charge. The location was good -- potentially walkable to my destination. However, the shuttle service that I was told arrived every half-hour did not arrive for nearly an hour an a half, making me late for my meet-up with friends, so I do not recommend relying on the City of Anaheim shuttle service (ART), which is not directly affiliated with the hotel, but was recommended by staff. There was some confusion communicating with the front desk. Everyone I spoke with had very strong accents that were a bit challenging to understand... and one became impatient when I repeated my questions for clarification. The furniture in my room was a bit worn and shabby. For instance, it was difficult to stand from sitting on the sagging, uncomfortable couch... but the furnishings otherwise seemed clean.

We enjoyed our time staying here it was lovely!! The people work at the front desk were very helpful, and the lady who cleaned our room she was fantastic!! Very handy near by Disney and they have a shuttle you can avail to Disney it’s $16 dollar per person for 3 days.
