The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! For us, the hotel was a place to rest after a long day at the parks. If we had any issues with the room (like our AC wasn't working), the staff quickly handled the request to make sure we were comfortable. My daughter loved the pool and the distance to the Disney parking lots was super helpful.

Great hotel close to Disneyland!
Great hotel for a quick visit to Disneyland. Location was great super close to Toy Story parking lot. Check in was super easy and fast. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is a bit dated but was clean. Ample parking at the hotel was super easy to find a parking spot. Only issue was you could hear the traffic noise through the windows. Would stay here again was great for the price.

This was my second stay at the DoubleTree, and I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff and the inviting atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was the hotel's proximity to Disneyland. The room itself was well-maintained, but it felt a bit dated and damp. I believe it’s time for the hotel to make some updates. Furthermore, it is time for hotels to stop charging for parking.
