Staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Some rooms have been better than others as far as cleanliness. Most recent room was dusty or crumby with a little less attention to detail. But rooms are comfortable and I love that it’s so close to the parks. Within walking distance.

Great location to Disneyland, easy walk to the park. Clean rooms, nicely updated. Fridge and microwave. Our only complaint is that we have to pay for parking when we already have a room. One spot should be provided and additional should be a charge. Hotel doesn't provide any type of breakfast or coffee even coffee. This should be standard being so close to Disneyland where everything is so expensive.

It was good other than parking. Parking was paid for so we could stay overnight and park once we got back from disneyland. However, when we arrived back at hotel all parking was taken and there were no spots for us to park. Others parked in the middle of entrance in order to even fit.
