Placed in a room that smelled like sewage and had a broken mattress - the room condition was overall poor. Front Desk was great and moved us. The second room’s living area smelled like pet urine. Again, service was great but this hotel needs some upgrading and a better maintenance program to identify and repair room issues.

Room was never cleaned. Talked to several people and still nothing was done about it. Nice on the outside but the housekeeping and the old bathroom made it a bad experience. Maintenance was called twice to my room for repairs. Not acceptable

The 2 rooms I went into were so stinky, so bad, they need to change their floors or carpets, it was very uncomfortable so we had to open the windows which made it noisy due to being so close to the 91 frway. We move to another room and it was the same thing. We stayed there because we jad already payed ahead of and did not have the funds to make other arrangements. I think the hotel outside is nice, as are the people..

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The rooms could use some updating. The a/c unit in our room was loud and didn't work very well. It was fairly warm in the room at night. The furniture could stand to be replaced. The chair for the desk was in rough shape. Bathroom was clean but the shower faucet never really shut off. Breakfast was great and the pool was nice for the kids although it was a little cloudy. I know hotels in big cities usually charge for parking but this hotel isn't in a super crowded area and there was plenty of parking. I feel the $25/night was a bit much. Not too many options for restaurants close by. Had to drive at least 5 minutes to find something. It was somewhat close to Disney which was nice.

I’ve stayed at many Embassy locations, but this one felt outdated. The biggest issue during my stay was the cleanliness, particularly the restroom, which was quite dirty upon arrival. I informed the receptionist, and while housekeeping did come to clean, the job was not done thoroughly. Aside from that, the overall stay wasn’t bad. My main complaint is the lack of proper cleanliness, which really brought down the experience

When we got to the room I unpacked and during the unpacking I found gummy bears and hairs tied in between the couch and the tub was dirty.

The property was okay overall, the AC doesn't really reach the bedroom and it was hot. Staff was amazing though. We did spot a roach or two in our bedroom on our last day there which was very disgusting and felt kind of icky staying after seeing that. The pool was great, we spent every night there, breakfast was good as well.

This might sound like alcoholism BUT, the complimentary drinks and snacks were the highlight for me. The breakfast was actually pretty good. The staff was friendly. My only complaints are the carpet; on the outside of the room. And the ice machine probably needs a filter change because there were black particles in my cooler.
