The maid service is by appointment only, which is perfect! My family went back to the hotel from the park because we have a 4 year old. I took a shower and the maid walked in on me completely naked. I confirmed at the service desk was by appointment only. They were not able to tell me why the maid walked in, before taking a shower I noticed the shower rug was folded. Which makes me think the maid was in our room when we weren’t there. The front desk said they would follow up with an investigation on the maid and said they would make it, right. Not sure what that would entail. Make sure to lock your doors with the security latch.

When we arrived to check in, I walked up and before I said anything the gentleman at the count said quite roughly (and I quote) “give me a minute” then proceeded to type away for the next two minutes while I awkwardly stood there. When he finally finished, he barely made any eye contact or even looked my way. - I’m a manager for a retail store and I was quite shocked. I get being busy and such, but you’re at work and you gotta have your “customer service face” on. - when we checked out, there were different staff there and they were much more welcomed and had huge bright smiles and greeted me in a friendly manner and kept her smile the entire time. Was total night/day. Rooms are on the small/compact side with just enough space between the beds and dresser for a single person to walk past. Room was clean!

The elevador on our side was out of service, so it was a pain to take our things up to the 2nd floor. The parking was good because we got a spot, but it was 20 dollars more per day, which I’m ok with. What happens if you come late and don’t get parking? This would be the reason I removed a star. If I’m driving, this would be a hotel I would not reserve again. The hotel is clean and they do have coffee by the front office. This is a big plus for me.

This hotel exchanged my room from a double bed to a king size, knowing that we have two adults and two children. Four bodies don't fit a king bed. They brought me a cot for my kids to sleep in and another just in case which happened to have a rather large spider in it. Next morning we find a Silverfish in the bathroom.They were on and off stating they had a new room and then saying they were sold out. We decided to just stick it out, but my mother in law took my two sons so they could sleep comfortably in a bed. The room looked nice, the bed was comfy, but the pillows were hard. The people at this facility weren't very communicative and they shouldn't change someone's itinerary.
