Location is great for accessing both Disney parks. Staff is very friendly. We always had an abundance of towels! We slept well every night, but did notice that you can hear everything next door and outside. This only happened on our departure day. I am also confused if we actually got the room we reserved? It was pretty basic for a room described as premium. But overall I would stay there again.

We arrived early morning and after going into the lobby we were given a parking pass. Returned to check in a little early and room was available. All excellent! Arriving to our room it was stuffy, and and moldy smelling. Carpet felt damp. AC wasn't the best but cooled down.my fault for not telling the staff about the smell before we left but did while checking out. Not a bad place at all ! We'd probably stay there again. Staff was pleasant. Very close walk to the Disney resort

Room was clean, very convenient to Disneyland entrance. After we departed, we realized my wife had dropped some things and were kicked under the bed. The hotel was great to go in, search the room, find our things, and return them to us. Great staff!

Reserved and paid for room for 5 (it was an extra charge). Checkin staff gave us room for 4. I inquired if there was a couch and they only seemed confused. I asked if a rollaway would be provided. They said they had limited rollaways and could not guarantee it. The room once viewed was too small for a rollaway. Also, parking was available for one car per room and they charge for it. Be warned.
