Room was OK, but you could hear everything. Could even hear the people in the room next to us coughing and on their phone. Clean, basic TV no streaming. Very convenient walk to Disneyland great location.

The employee that checked us in was friendly and informative. The valet for the restaurant was great as well. He had parking spaces reserved for the restaurant but moved one of his cones to allow us to park close to our room. We stayed in one of the rooms in the back. There was no elevator which was a little disappointing since we had several large heavy suitcases. Our room was very basic and super tiny. A person could barely fit between the corner of the bed and table/wall to get to the bathroom. Actually, we couldn’t get the suitcases to where the closet was because of this. We basically paid for the proximity to the park. It was kind of a shock since we had just come from the Hyatt Regency the night before which was super nice and huge for the same price. The room was clean and quiet and my kids loved how the hotel is above a mochi donut restaurant.

We stayed in what I thought was a suite because its what i reserved online and i did get a regular room, during my 3 day stay any of those days my room was cleaned plus the rolling carts on second and third floor are really noisy they should be thinking to replace the rolling cart wheels for some quieter wheels, elevator eas not working at least on my side

Checking in was great. Staff was great. Everything changed the following morning. Checkout was a 12 noon. Housekeeping came knocking on our door at 08am. We checked in New Years Eve. Stayed up late and were woken up at 8. They came knocking again 1-hour later and telephoned our room at 10am. Not a restful night.
