This property is under heavy construction! I didn’t know this when I booked it in August. The main floor is mostly closed! The one sit down restaurant was never maned and didn’t look open! The only place to by an energy drink doesn’t open until 9 am hours after you have left for Disney! Jack hammering can be heard all day, brought my daughter back to the hotel for a nap, only got 15 minutes finally gave up. Wish I would have booked next door for almost the same price and no construction! We almost always look at a Hilton first, that will definitely change.

I had a good stay here. The staff was very good to me. They were supportive and receptive. The first night, I noticed the bathroom could be a cleaned a bit more and they immediately acted on it. They also gave me anything more I desired (more towels, toilet paper). One night the cleaning was skipped and they compensated me for the experience. My only real criticism is that on my first night (right after checking in), I ran into a man in the elevator who apparently worked for Hilton. At the time, I had not known that we must use our keycard to activate the elevator. I kept pushing and pushing the level of my floor and the guy (older white male with graying hair) was a bit rude, in my opinion. "You can't just push the button - you have to activate the level with your card. I will take you up there." His tone was abrupt but it wasn't worth making a complaint about. I was annoyed because I had just put $1k down on my credit card. I really didn't like the way he talked to me. Other than that, my stay was cool.

Good service.
They are renovating the place but I first got a room with a door that had a broken handle The door itself had a huge gap between the the wall so when you closed the door you can see outside. Also, sink to the bathroom was draining so slowly. Luckily when I called to see if I could be changed to another room they did it swiftly and had someone assist me with my bags.

Will never stay at this hotel again. It is run down, we reserved a balcony room and the balcony was facing the side of the convention center building. We had to change rooms because the first room was filthy and had worn out carpet and bedding.
