The noise insulation is terrible, and the hot water is barely warm. If you stay at this hotel in October, you’ll likely feel cold when taking a shower. On top of that, they hit you with hidden charges at every turn. For example, before you even check in, you’ll have to park your car yourself and pay at least $12. After checking in, they'll slap you with an additional $39 fee. Unlike most Hilton hotels, there’s no complimentary breakfast. If you’re unsatisfied and want to cancel your stay for just one night, they’ll charge you a hefty $75 cancellation fee. In short, this place goes out of its way to squeeze every last dollar from you. I strongly advise against staying here.

Disastrous Stay: Misleading Photos and Unbearable
I recently stayed at the Hilton with my family, and it was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the pictures on the website were misleading. The hotel was not just outdated; it was also incredibly dirty. Our shower only had cold water, and the bathroom mirror had a significant crack, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The room itself smelled strongly of mildew, and despite our attempts to enjoy our stay, the constant noise from construction workers right outside our window ruined any chance of relaxation. We were startled awake around 7 AM by the sound of jackhammering, and when we inquired about changing rooms, we were informed that the noise was pervasive throughout the entire hotel. Moreover, there was no prior warning about the renovations on the hotel’s website, and the receptionist failed to inform us upon check-in. The chaos began the moment we parked our vehicle, as the loud hammering and drilling were impossible to escape. Every area of the hotel seemed to be under construction, making it difficult to find any solace. The elevators were in dire need of an upgrade, and the hallways leading to our room reeked of wet carpet. To add insult to injury, the cracks in the parking garage were filled with cement filler, which ended up all over my wheels. Despite the numerous issues we encountered, the hotel did not offer any form of refund, which left me feeling extremely frustrated and

What an absolute nightmare of a stay!! The photos shown are MOCK PHOTOS for their desired renovations which have only just begun!! The place is that of a maze trying to find your way around with all of the construction and zones blocked off, it feels like a dark and grim dungeon. The 6 am jack hammering wake up call right outside of our room window was extra special. The humming of all of the drilling made us nauseous. All accommodations are not available despite Starbucks and one restaurant in the lobby. Our room was filthy and the bathtub and sink would not drain. Both beds were on a slant and you have to sleep in the middle to not fall out. I am furious with the inadequate representation of what this property actually looks like!! Do not stay here until refurbishments have been finished (mid 2025) unless you want to be extremely upset and disappointed! The hotel staff was incredibly rude , myself and ALL OTHER GUESTS submitted multiple complaints and they brushed everything under the rug. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HORRIBLE STAY. They expect a lot of additional fees upon arrival. This hotel experience ruined our trip and I will never give Hilton my business again!! Disgraceful!! The false advertisement is means for reporting to the better business bureau…

The entire building is under constant, deep construction. Expect hammering and drilling before 7 am in every room. The room themselves look like they haven’t been updated in 20 years—sagging floors, dirty stained carpets, broken cheap plywood in the bathroom and mini fridge. They shouldn’t rent ANY rooms until construction is done.

The stay was good, quiet, and staff was friendly. It is very close to many dining options and really close to the Disney parks. Unfortunately, I was there during updates and construction they were doing, so the dining options within the hotel were minimal and most were closed. I also didn’t enjoy the constant questions in the lobby about their rewards program. I was there for a conference and I was often in a rush. So that was a little inconvenient.

Staff didn’t give us much options for a new room since they said the only available options are more expensive rooms in which we’d have to pay extra. We stayed here numerous times before without much issue, but this time was a bad experience overall.

It’s absolutely horrible that you keep a property open where you are completely renovating the entire hotel. You’d be better off closing it, putting crews on it 24 hours around the clock to get it done quicker, getting your staff to other hotels to support them, then making customers go through this. What a disappointing experience.
