Check in was at 4pm When we arrived there was a big line and only 3 people working the desks. I waited an hour to Check in and only after me more people were called to the desks. Other than that our check out was fast but it wasn’t very clear on instructions on how to do it so after looking for a few minutes I did the texting because I found the announcement on the lobby. It was easy to checkout I’m just hoping I did it right. Got no confirmation or anything of checking out.
