I expected so much more. The rooms are quite old and dirty in general. Our bathroom vanity had termites with the wood dust all over the floor and mold growing on the mirror frame. I’ve stayed in motels in better conditions. Very disappointing. The only positive is the location and easy parking

Where can I begin…. Checking in was a little troublesome, after we found check in desk the lady was kind of rude and barely gave information on the property. Hotel seems pretty old and smells kind of bad. We’ve been staying on Anaheim for a while and never heard of over charging for parking until now. Probably never coming back to this one.

Perfectly fine for a budget hotel... but this is supposed to be a Hilton. 1) Air conditioning in the room was sub-standard. Even set at its lowest 60-degree setting, the a/c in both our rooms only blew coolish air. To be a little fair, Anaheim was experiencing a triple-digit heatwave that probably taxed the cooling systems. However, there was plenty of frigid air in the lobby area. 2) There was construction going on on the floor directly above us during the day. I understand that refurbishment has to happen, but having it on a Sunday afternoon the day of a half marathon when people might need to rest? I was asked at check-in if I was running the race, and at no point was I informed about the potential for noise. 3) Other than the TV, the room is extremely outdated. There was a *single* USB port in the entire room. And that was on the clock radio. This is insufficient for 2024, much less for a hotel that allegedly caters to businesspeople visiting the convention center next door. 4) Housekeeping did not come to our room until after management texted me to ask about our experience. 5) Management sends texts to check in on your stay, which is wonderful... in theory. But the follow-thru is lacking. After I shared my two-star rating, I received a text apologizing and asking if they can call me. I immediately said yes. No one called. Instead, after ten minutes, a *different* person texts to ask how they can improve the experience. What happened to the call? Very frustrating stay.

I wish they offered free breakfast. The facilities need to be remodeled and updated. The room didn't even have plugs for our cell phones next to the bed. The bed was uncomfortable - mattress spring poking through. The shower water was tepid, we didn't have any hot water for our showerd. Carpet in the room was worn, wall covering in the elevators was old & torn in some areas or worn out. The refrigerator was barely working and there wasn't a microwave in the room.
