Stayed for three nights didn’t get room service on second day. I had to ask them if they could give us new towels, clean our rooms, and take out some of the trash we had in our room since our trash can was full. I don’t think I would stay there again to be honest.

For the price we’d stay again

Overall good stay -we are not too picky but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d remembered from our previous stay and we used a rollaway bed this time and did not get any help setting it up.

The resort was very convenient being that it’s close to Disney, there’s shuttle services & access to restaurant for breakfast or lunch. My only dislike is not knowing all the fees ahead of time besides the parking fee every other fee is shared when you arrive. But there’s a lot of pros/cons. Like the shuttle is 6$ daily but you access all day but runs every 30 mins & has the possibility of running late, your charged a resort fee but only provided room service once yet I never received it & all wanted was fresh towels, the restaurant on the property is convenient but the prices are ridiculous but because you’re in a good neighborhood you can always find good places to eat. All in all, the resort is great for family’s who aren’t trying to break the bank for Disney but keep in mind it’s still a business with many hidden fees.
