I arrived at 1 AM with my 20-month-old baby after driving 3 hours, only to find out they overbooked and had no rooms available despite my confirmed reservation through Expedia. An exhausted baby in the middle of the night with nowhere to sleep after a long drive. Instead of taking responsibility, they were busy deflecting all blame to Expedia and refused to offer any solutions themselves. This is completely unacceptable. Overbooking is the HOTEL'S responsibility, not the guest's problem. Any reputable hotel would have immediately arranged alternative accommodation at their expense, but this hotel did absolutely nothing except point fingers at the booking platform. DO NOT RISK BOOKING HERE. This hotel clearly has no regard for their guests, confirmed reservations, or basic human decency. They will throw you under the bus and blame everyone else. Save yourself the nightmare and book elsewhere.
