I thought the room and staff were excellent. Very clean room and staff were very friendly. The only problem I had was the shower in our room worked sometimes and sometimes not. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Less expensive option for a Disney trip… The hotel is a bit tired but well maintained. The air conditioning unit though made loud clunky noises at anything cooler than 73 so it is a very hot night. Breakfast options were powdered scrambled eggs and packaged breakfast burritos with some small fruit and yogurt offerings.

I enjoyed my stay at Sonesta. They were polite. Room was clean. Bed was fine. But I checked out a day early and they were suppossed to email my checkout receipt but I never got it. But I saw they charged me $203 more! And what for? I don’t know. They still haven’t responded to my email. Disappointing. Now I have to take more time to call them and I hate talking on the phone.

This was a great affordable place to stay when visiting Disneyland. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and what a beautiful outdoor area with pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend.
