great stay!

i booked this last minute on a spur of the moment extend to our original trip to disneyland. we were able to check in perfectly no problems, the front desk lady was extremely nice and quick service. the only thing i wish was different was that there were more luggage carts. we had to lug all of our bags! thankfully we are physically able to, so it was no problem. the shower was a little dirty, left over hair and soap on the wall from another customer, but other than that we truly had a great stay. would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was pretty clean, our room was well kept. Front desk was very kind and friendly. Also very attentive. The walls are a little thin. Breakfast was okay, but hey it was included!

The property was remodeled and looks like lipstick on a pig. The bed was comfortable. And they had breakfast but the food kept running out and they took forever to bring more out for the customers

Ask for a room not facing Beach Blvd.. the street noise was all night and loud enough to keep me awake on and off all night.. Jennifer, the manager is amazing and extremely helpful! The breakfast staff wasn’t as friendly.. ran out of eggs, pancakes, sausage etc, and when asked about if there would be more, I was told no.. as I was walking away from my liquid breakfast they appeared!

I booked 5 months in advance and called the property to re-confirm 3 days before my arrival and let them I would be checking in late but upon check-in I was told they were "sold out" even though I had booked a reservation thru Expedia for 2 King Rooms. It was late and we were exhausted and it took him 30 mins to "find" two rooms for us which were not King beds, only Queens. He also said it was because I did not book directly and went through a 3rd party Expedia. Breakfast area was absolutely filthy and they ran out of all coffee and mostly all of the food with still an hour left. It took them about 20 mins to refill the coffee and only some of the food.

Disappointed

Stayed on 31st dec checked in at -5pm. Then came back to room early morning ~2am just to crash and get some sleep. Next morning when went to restroom there were no towels. Called front desk and they asked me to come to front desk for towels. This was very disappointing and inconvenient to walk to front desk when half asleep for towels. If thats the hotel policy then I should have been provided towels during checkin.

Not worth the frustration

A bit ridiculous. There was no one at the front desk when we got there. We waited almost 15 minutes before someone showed up so we could check in. The room had no towels and they didn’t have any available.
