Look elsewhere.

Our first room had a leaking ceiling/wall. We were moved no problem, however.. that night we had 0 water pressure and freezing cold water. The hotel is old. And it smells. I would not recommend.

Amazing stay! Check in was easy and friendly. Came for two nights on may 29 and 30th in the afternoon. I would defiantly go back and recommend to others. Hoping to bring the family back very very soon!

I like the location close to Disney, that is very convenient. I was disappointed to find out that cleaning is only provided if requested 24 hours in advance. This means the beds aren’t made daily, the room isn’t cleaned, and only the towels are changed and garbage removed. This important detail wasn’t mentioned in the property description. I don’t think this should be a service that requires advance notice, especially after a long, exhausting day when it’s easy to forget to make the request. As a result, my room ended up not being cleaned at all during my stay.

The property was dirty Floors were sticky Carpet was dirty Dont do room service unless requested even then they wont do room service for the1st night Asked for extra towels for the 2nd night, made me turn in my old dirty towels before able to receive my 2nd set. The lady said should jot have taken a shower the 1st night stay otherwise i would have towels for the 2nd night

This is a good cost saving option if you are visiting Disneyland. If you look for deals and packages this Holiday Inn can be extremely affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The quiet walk to the Disney only takes about 15 minutes. The hotel has a nice clean swimming pool area and a separate splash pad area for the little ones. They do have a few mechanical issues such as room key cards needing to be reset more often than necessary and a few elevators “out of service” But overall it’s a nice hotel with an easy parking. I have stayed there 3 times and will consider it in the future. If possible look for this hotel in the Expedia package deal section. The Car Flight Hotel option for 2 came out to around $1200 for 6 nights!
