Our room was very clean, super comfortable, had nice pillows and bedding. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. This was a return stay for us and is our default place when coming to Disneyland.

The hallway smelled and the room also smelled but luckily we were able to just keep the balcony door open the entire stay. Im a bit picky so I’d prefer to stay somewhere newer or cleaner on our next trip.

First time staying here. We liked it a lot! Nice clean rooms, great service! We really was happy discovering that we were able to walk to Disneyland, saving us a bit of $$$. The only very slight issue we could have had, was the parking. My partner and I had to drive separately, so we had two cars. If there wasn’t enough room at the hotel parking, he would have had to park off site. Luckily, that didn’t happen. Yes, I realize it’s Anaheim and in the Disney area, but it’s still no fun if that happens. Overall, an excellent stay, and we are planing to make this a Dec tradition.

Overall it was okay. It served its purpose regarding place to sleep and location (walking distance). Room was not clean properly before entering, said you can sleep up to 5 that was not the case, only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights, iron and ironing board broken. Contacted housekeeping who sounded annoyed but provided additional items and replaced broken items. Parking is only one car per room which required the other car we had to park at another parking garage which was not walking distance. This was not noted anywhere or we would have traveled together.

Our room was very outdated and not cleanest. There were 2 sky light windows in the room so all the outside light comes in at night and makes it hard to sleep. We couldn’t sleep the 3 nights we were there!

Our stay was great! It was a tad misleading when it said to check our their Mimi's cafe as it was across the street and the hotel did not actually have a restaurant attached. BUT they did have a nice Italian place that delivered for free. Very fun water playground.

We stay at this property once a year on our annual trip to Disneyland. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room is wonderful ( building 2). We like that it is walkable to Disney and there are restaurants along the way. It is starting to get a wee bit expensive so we will be trying a new place next year. When you book be aware of the extra fees charged for cancellation protection.

Stayed here for the sole purpose of being near Disneyland. It’s a super convenient location for Disney. We timed the walk at a brisk 8 minute walk to the parks which was perfect to allow us to come back midday for a bit of a break. The convenience store in Tower 1 was super useful and we used it every day of our stay. There’s a Panera and a McDonald’s across the street if you want cheaper food options. Our room overlooked the freeway so the view wasn’t fantastic but we were never in the room except to sleep. We couldn’t hear the freeway noise in our Tower 1 room. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
