I booked 4 nights of staying at this property based on the good location and 6 people room with competitive rate are. Staff were friendly. However, we were quite disappointed that our room was not being cleaned once until the 4th day staying. We felt like entering a pigsty returning to our room after spend whole day at the Disney park. The front desk supervisor Andrew was notified and to show apology, he offered us a $40 credit for lobby bar. Since I never received anything in written, I think he may forgot about this which is not attractive to me at all. We ended up have to change our own bed sheets and etc after getting so exhausted. Room floor was still dirty, garbage bin was full and bath room was still dirty...Very unpleasant experience.

Clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast and close to Disneyland. It was perfect for our 1 week stay and it was half the price of a Disney Hotel. I would definitely choose again for a future visit at Disneyland.

This property is definitely for Disneyland in respects to the turnaround of patrons. The lobby itself is good but the rooms need work. The bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation so if you shower the water will just stay. The doors to the bathroom don’t stay open and have an automatic shut feature which doesn’t help. The cleaning staff knocks on the door at 8 am instead of 10am like they are suppose to. The breakfast hours were confusing, on the weekends they close 9 but in the weekends at 10 and on holidays it’s at 10 which wasn’t posted anywhere. Overall, the stay was fine due to being out all day. The receptions were very helpful and gave us what we needed. They also compensated us for the early wake up and the inconsistent breakfast hours.

Everything was great! My only 2 minor complaints, and they are very minor were that we kept finding ants around the hotel and the shower kept changing temperature. Everything else was perfect.

Great location!
Definitely recommended very close to Disneyland entrance but the room has Old furnitures sofa bed are not comfortable. Overall ok. Easy access to walgreens Blaze pizza and Starbucks. Breakfast was very good.
