I wasn’t happy at my stay this time. First I called the receptionist and asked for 4 blankets. She said will send the housekeeping ASAP. I waited like a hour, but nobody came. I Called again and I talked to the same person and I told her nobody brought blanket yet and we are about to leave the hotel and head to Disney land, she said she doesn’t have anyone available yet but will send somebody to the room even though we won’t be in the room as long as we don’t have the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and I agreed and thanked her for that. I came back from Disneyland at 2:00 am and still no blankets . I was very tired and the kids were exhausted and got busy butting them to bed and me getting ready to bed and couldn’t called them for the third time because I assumed the I expected them to have them already ready on my bed. I was shivering the whole night, my daughter was cold as well. I gave my blanket to my daughter and I had to cover myself with only 2 sheets. I had to use my sweater to cover myself and still was shivering even after increasing the AC temperature . Me and my daughter didn’t feel good the next day and we just wanted to go home. We even checked out early, even though our check out was not till 12:00 pm. Today, April 10, I was supposed to go back to work but I got so sick I couldn’t go back to work and I had to call in sick. I work in the cardiology department and I lost 12 hours of work. I don’t know what else to tell you. I lost lots of money and not happy

Good for families. We stayed in a room for six, but it was only good for two adults and up to four kids (not the other way around). Privacy door was difficult to open/close. Not enough outlets. Had to pay for parking per night (which was in small print or hidden as “additional fees”).

Reduce the amount of valet parking as there were many open spots available and we had issues finding parking. This shouldn’t be an issue when we are paying each night for parking. Other than that everything else was great!

Good place, but they charge for parking.

The stay was good, the beds comfy, the workers nice, and breakfast was good. The only thing not good was that they charge you to park overnight. So I paid $35 to park at disneyland and then about $38 or $39 to park at the hotel the same day.

We went to Disneyland and chose to stay at yhis nearby hotel. It was only a few blocks from Disney...near tge toystory parking lot. Pros: Clean Room service Housekeeping Polite staff Good continental breakfast Free wifi Free cable Cons: Bed made a weird noise when you first sit down almost like the box spring is broken Parking is a bit pricey 112$ for 3 nights Overall I rate it a 4!

I would recommend this property to everyone especially if your going to an event at the convention center. The staff was amazing and friendly especially Verenice she was so personable. The rooms were spacious, we booked a 2 queen room which came with a sofa and it was big. We came for wondercon and the convention center was literally a minute away and it was easy to go back and forth bringing back our purchases. Overall awesome stay will be coming back.

Great place to stay for our last Disneyland visit! Staff were kind and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool was cold, but the hot tub was warm! CVS was just a block away. 15 minute walk to the parks. The breakfast was just fine. Didn’t avail ourselves of the bar/dinner options. Didn’t really seem as nice as the website described. Noticed there were mobility scooters for rent in the lobby. Would definitely come again!!
