Pay for what you get! Service, Cleanliness wasn’t great. Although I was able to check in early, the front desk felt like they didn’t want to be there. No more breakfast in the morning. Sketchy people hanging out outside. Rooms smell moldy. This used to be our go to for weekend trips to Disney, then Covid hit. This place has gone seriously downhill since with cleanliness, drains back up, We used to love it because of the grill area, pool area but there were a few sketchy people hanging out, did not feel as safe. The construction on the street made it even worse to get in and out.

The room smelled so horrible It smell like pure cigarettes. The smell was horrible. The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain and it was hard to be in the room because of the smell of cigarettes and vapes.

It was dirty There was crumbs in every corner on the floor next to the beds the pillows had hair from previous people who stayed there and the bathroom had dark colored pee as soon as we checked in like room service never did a full through check the desk cochair had stains from people sitting and leaving nasty residue behind like the chairs doesn’t get cleaned

We stayed for 4nights in a family suite. Ensure to ask about the layed out of the room before getting the keys. The family suites that we have was weird. The 2 queens had the main door instead of the main door being in between the 2 rooms like the ones upstairs. The room that we stayed at definitely not in the best condition but it was also the most economical option for us for what we going to use the room for. As long as you do not care about the condition of the room and your family will only sleep on it then it will be fine. Definitely check your receipts at the end of the stay. I was only booked for 4 nights and they charge me for 5 nights. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO CHECK-OUT to double check your receipt. I work in a hotel and does not check-out unless I was advice at checkin that I need to physically check-out.

I traveled by car all the way from Oakland and my body was so sore. I really needed a soak in the jacuzzi. It was 10:30pm and some staff member came out to tell us we couldn't get in because it was after 10pm. I will not stay there again and I may not go through Expedia again. I am so. Sore and now we are driving all the way back to Oakland. This truly a lemon.
