I’ve stayed here exclusively during all of my Disney trips for the last two years and the last few times it feel like it getting worse. After checking in, I went back to the desk the next morning, because I noticed they only gave me one key and had multiple people in my room. They refused to give me another and said “one only get one, that’s why you only got one”. The guy checking me in was great but all interactions with the other employees weren’t great. The room next to use also had the fire alarm going off all morning and we had to call the front desk, I couldn’t even sleep in.

The Motel 6 is awesome for a place to stay when you’re spending majority of your days at Disneyland!! It was a great place to rest and was clean. The staff are nice and the location is still walking distance to Disneyland which is a plus! The best thing about the Motel 6 is the price!! it is so reasonable to stay here, especially considering the cost of a Disneyland trip! Thank you Motel 6

My husband and I have been going here for many years. This year was not very good. My bed had a sunken section where you sleep. The bathroom faucet had no pressure when you turned on the faucet. The dish tv didn’t match the tv guide and not to many channels. Plus they didn’t mention that you now have to pay 20.00 a day for parking.

Customer service was horriable at front desk in the afternoon.. Was not greeted. Was asked to go to another register since the lady needed to sit with her supervisor. We were given 1 key for 4 people we had 2 rooms.they told us we needed to come bk the next day to get more keys. This was after i stated i shouldnt have to pay for parking till i get all the keys for our rooms. Which by the way they have just started to charge for parking. Apparentily they had a shortage of keys, though there were keys throughtout the counter and part of the hotel was working on by workers so they were not rented out. The rude gentleman at the desk did not let us know what our rooms numbers were, never asked if we had a car to park i had to asked to get a parking pass. He had thrown the keys on the counter once his supervisor gave the ok to give us 4 keys which we had to come back 3 times for 2 of the keys did not work. I have been coming here since my son was 3 and we were celebrating him being 20. I will not be coming back. I am sure the hotel really doesnt care We have asked for the manager to call it has now been 4 days. If you want terrible customer service this is the place for you. We were not the only ones having the issues on our trip. We did stay 4 days 3 nights.
