We booked with Expedia and were told our room was what was available because it was through Expedia. I kid you not it’s like they save the worst room just for that. Our room looked and felt dirty. Hardly any furniture. Not even a bathroom counter. Had to use an ironing board for everything. No suitcase holder so big stuff had to sit on the dirty floor. Our shower was broken. The handheld shower head wouldn’t stay up and wouldn’t lock in place. My husband had to tie a hand towel around it to make it work. Tub kept backing up and warm water was sparse. Our fire alarm went off at 3am for no reason. Once the toilet started leaking water my husband went to complain. They moved us to a room that was so much nicer than the dump we were staying in. The lobby reeked of weed. It was so strong the smell wafted into our room that was just around the corner from the lobby. The floors were gross. Baseboards weren’t even sealed. Water sprinkler in the bathroom was covered in rust. Also had to pay to park on site.

The first room we got had a smell to it but as soon as I let the front desk know the guy was very nice and changed us room. The second room was perfect and we couldn’t have been happier. I’m not sure if I missed where it said they charged for parking when I booked the stay so that was a bit of a surprise when we checked in. All together it was a very nice hotel

The lights in the bathroom kept flickering and they charge for parking. Also the water never got hot so we all took cold showers. Other than that, it’s close to the parks. You get what you pay for.

It was just ok

The hotel was OK. The staff was really nice. The hotel room was pretty basic with small updates with hardwood floors.the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were really flat.. We had a room facing back of the hotel parking lot, which was a little sketchy. the pool was nice to look at I think it would’ve been better if I didn’t find a condom wrapper next to it. Kind of just gross me out. The room served its purpose for sleeping and showering as our family was at Disneyland most of the day.

The area around the hotel felt really unsafe. There were random people walking around the property that obviously weren't guests staying at the hotel. And those outside people would have their cars parked overnight. I heard a lot of screaming and yelling in the middle of the night from right outside my room. I definitely won't be staying here again especially with my children.. The rooms are ok. its just the area around and staff allowing outside people stay around the area. Security would be a great idea to provide. It's really obvious that staff allow people to just use a room for a short period of time and check out within 30 minutes of using it. Which is pretty gross and i'm sure staff is doing that for extra $$ under the table. Wanted to bring awareness to that and hope the property manager is aware of this. Would appreciate a refund.

Horrible customer service

One of the workers at the front desk had a terrible attitude. All I wanted to do was ask if they had a restroom at the lobby but he cut me off and told me you can't check in until 3. To top it off I had to hold it for 20 minutes because you need a key card to use the lobby restroom.

Value is good considering how close it is to Disneyland and how much other hotels cost. Great as a place you need to just sleep after a long day at Disneyland. I really love that I can get hot water for tea any time of day or night and the availability of the microwave. The mini Mart is also super helpful if you need snacks. Overall, clean and affordable.
