Beds aren’t as comfortable as they used to be. They now added $24 a day for parking. They don’t have breakfast anymore. They’re front staff we’re kind of grumpy. The parking lot has homeless people checking through peoples cars. Every night sheets were dirty on the bed, there were hairs in our towels,Below mediocre, Not that great anymore. No microwave. go somewhere else.

We loved the staff here! Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We were given a room that had a fabulous view of Disneyland's fireworks. This location is also close to several stops on the art bus line and was close enough to walk to Disney on our more energetic days (about a 10 or 15 min walk). We also had a really good experience with housekeeping and they were very kind to my daughter. My only complaint is that we had booked this hotel because it had a pool, but it was closed while we were there due to repainting. Even though we were disappointed about the pool being closed, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. For the price it was actually a good deal. Pool and hot tub were freezing. No hair dryer but overall not too bad. Definitely worth what you pay. Id stay again

Day to day

I am visiting to see the Angels play last night and staying to see the Ducks tonight. It was a big room on the fourth floor and free coffee in the lobby. I apid to stay another night at the desk in the morning. While I was out for breakfast a maid parked her cart in front of door and banded it. I had trouble getting inside. The person looked through the window a few minutes later but did not knock at the door. A few minutes after that they tried to open the locked door and then stopped. I opened up and said hi and politely asked to move the cart. They said thank you but did not move it. I asked again and they did.
