The hotel required a $25 daily resort fee and we tried to use it for lunch at the downstairs restaurant, but they didn’t open until 3, even though their website said open for lunch 12-5. We had plans for dinner outside of the hotel so we didn’t even get to use the credit. They should change the hours on their website to reflect the actual hours. Additionally, we didn’t have a hair dryer in our room so when we requested one the day we were leaving so I could dry my hair, they told me that housekeeping wasn’t in until 8:30 am and it’s in storage and no one else has access. We were leaving at 7:30 to go to Disney, so I had to leave with soaking wet hair.

Clean and close(ish) to Disneyland. Not walkable- don’t let the notes mislead you. You can walk to the ART stops and then pay to take the bus, but this hotel is too far from Disneyland to walk. The hotel is nice enough but if they tried 10% harder it could be GREAT! There was no AC running in the common areas and common areas could use a cleaning (spills on the floor). Room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was clean, but there are a few things I would like to point out was that the wifi did not connect to any of my electronics. The TV selection was upsetting. And lastly, parking fee is outrageous.

Stayed multiple times before but first time I had to deal with their early check in fee of $75. Front office was not flexible even a few hours before 4pm. Rooms were available but not without the early check in fee of $75. Won’t stay here again…
