Close to the parks but not welcoming

Stayed for four nights. Our family including services dogs got there 2 hours early with little to no other patrons in the parking lot. I had called and was told there would most likely be rooms available. Gentleman in the front tried to charge us extra to check in while we had our kids restless from a 5 hour drive. I had already notified the hotel of my service dog. When reminding staff he was intrusive asking me of my reasonings. We stayed here because it was cheap. We spent more time in the parks than the hotel. Elevator has been broke over a month.We had to go up and down the stairs which was a lot on us. Parking you get charged and deposits of course. Potty area for dogs is horrible. No one up keeps. Literally a square of fake gross. I won’t be staying here ever again. Total waste of money. Only good thing is there was a dryer and washer next to our room so I could do my children’s laundry.

Elevator broken was set up for lower level do to handicap had problems getting room as requested the manager was not friendly then got a room on second floor had to carry luggage up and down stairs. When the rooms on lower level all empty with only 8 cars in parking lot. Also food was not as described only sugar food waffles sweet cereal coffee milk and juice. I have been staying here for many years not sure will go back.

Needed a room last minute and choose Capri Suites. We were pleasantly surprised that the room had a separate living room area than the beds with a pullout couch. Room was very clean and quiet. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

When we arrived, the room had a potent vinegar smell. The room looked clean enough, but was very minimal with furniture and storage space. There were 2 wobbly nightstands. The bed was higher in the center than the head or foot, and was one of the firmest beds I have ever been on. Additionally, the pillows, while we were given 6, were very small and lumpy. The bathroom was clean, including the shower. The water pressure wasn't great. My daughter used the front room for the pull out bed. We appreciated having a rv in both the bedroom and living space. We noticed at night time the noise hasn't muffled at all. People coming in late were easily heard so if you have light sleepers, I recommend not having them on the pull out couch. They did come change our bedding daily and gave us fresh towels. The thermostat didn't seem to be very accurate as sometimes the AC would be on for long periods and then it wouldn't kick on for long periods. If you are the one sleeping closest to the AC, you may be sensitive to the air blowing out. For breakfast, there were not hot items. Just bread/bagels, and cereal and apples. There were no coffee makers in the rooms so you had to get coffee in the lobby/breakfast area. Coffee temp ranged from adequate to luke warm. Lastly, after leaving my husband noticed a rash on her abdomen. I noticed a rash that looked the same on my forearm later that day. And my daughter also had a rash on her stomach. We don't know what it came from...
