At check in I had a great staff experience with the woman at the front desk, an hour after after a while we had settled into our room the shower did not work I went back to the front desk and the man what was available had asked me if I attempted to turn on the shower faucet correctly and I mentioned yes so he then after had asked me if I wanted to get service don’t to the pluming or If i want another room mind you the guy seemed annoyed that I had explained the issue that was occurring, however I ignored it and I mentioned I just want a new room, so then I was given a new room but now I have to repack to go to another room and it was pretty upsetting because I was on the fourth floor and I went down to the third floor now I’m taking things downstairs all of a sudden the elevator doesn’t wanna work so I had to take the stairs and I was getting really irritated at this point I like the hotel however they need to check their amenities before they go ahead and rent them out to customers such and inconvenience and the slight attitude from the mail clerk at the front desk didn’t help either. I’m not the one to leave reviews normally, but I a crappy experience. And I have rented out older and ugly hotels with no issues and I would think a nicer hotel such as this one things would work.

They were under construction so we had to go all the way around from the parking lot to get to the front. Plus someone screamed in the middle of the night on night one I’m so f-bomb high repeatedly for a good 10 minutes on our floor. The shower is slippery so be careful! Those were the only hiccups on this trip.

Love it and a suggestion

This place has always been exceptional the comfort, cleanliness staff and amenities. The only one thing I’d wish could be that parking was included or some sort of discounted rate or gets to be pricey for more than a couple nights and it’s not ideal.

The room I paid for wasn’t ready at check in time. Took another room because I didn’t have time to wait around while they did a “deep clean” on my original room. They couldn’t give me a refund for the price difference on the downgraded room because I booked through a third party. Room was ok but the mattress was terrible.
