I don’t think I’ll stay there again. The bathtub was clogged and when it was unclogged they left the bathtub unclean, and the room wasn’t cleaned when I removed the “do not disturb” sign. The front desk staff was not very friendly except the young lady that was being trained ; she was very pleasant.

Good stay, could do better.
Hotel was solid for a weekend stay. The only negatives I had was the cleanliness of the room and some lighting issues. There were some stains on the walls and a big stain on the curtains/drapes. As far as lighting our bathroom light kept flickering. These things didn’t really affect our stay since we were there for Disney, but if I was there for a hotel experience I would say they definitely have room for improvement.

Positives: close to Disneyland. We walked most of the time and it was a pretty reasonable walk. Price is pretty good compared to other hotels in that area. Free parking. Staff was very friendly. Not so great: our room was not very clean. There was sticky candy all over the nightstand and the drawers. Very dusty. No free breakfast (which they don’t advertise but still is a bummer) but there is a restaurant downstairs you can pay for food. The Anaheim city transport stops right in front of the hotel which is convenient, comes twice an hour. Overall the place definitely needs some updating. Everything is pretty old, wood chips peeling, carpet is dirty. The elevator is very small and busy so you wait a while at the busy times. Not sure I’d stay again. A few of the hotels nearby are similar price that are newer/nicer.

Close to Disney. But don’t expect a clean room.
The room was not fully cleaned and when we asked them to clean the room, all they did was switch the towels out. 3 calls to the front desk to get a clean room by the third day. Not impressed. Benefits to the hotel was the proximity to Disneyland and a comfortable bed. Pool side bar was nothing what the pictures on the Hotels.com website made it look like.

I liked how easy it was to get to Disneyland. I just didn’t like that the carpet wasn’t clean and the furniture had damage and the lamps seemed like they haven’t been clean properly.

We normally stay here due to Disney proximity. The only problem we had with our stay was the trouble we had getting out of the parking lot to leave the last day. We heard the same issue from another guest who was also trying to leave. This had apparently happened to them the day before. Really not ok.

We loved our stay at Hotel Lulu! The location was very convenient and walkable to Disneyland and California Adventure. The staff was so friendly, and the property was very clean! Only downside - there are a few bus stops between the parks and the hotel - and it can be a bit 'sketchy' walking past the people that hang around there.
