Would definitely stay again in the future

We had a decent experience. However I did request for a change of bed linens and towels before I left for the day and when we got back to our room at almost midnight, they had forgot. But they did send up a robot to deliver towels immediately. Beds are 7/10 comfortable and the noise level is very low.

Friendly front desk staff & bartender! All the room cleaners were also friendly & smiling. Nice pool & I appreciated using the fitness room across the street bc theirs was closed. Only issues: Fridge didn’t have adequate shelving so everything constantly fell out. Chair at desk very worn out, needs replacing. Overall much of the furniture seemed trashed & ready for replacement or repair. Would totally stay there again though bc the issues were minor & insignificant vs how pleasant the vibe was there. Thanks!

It was ok. The fridge in the room was a bit noisy. The shower head was unadjustable which made the water hitting your body uncomfortable.

Parking was more than the park. They charged 15% plus another tax making it almost 40 a night. The AC ran all the time and was loud. The sink and shower clogged. Asked for luggage racks since there was no place to put luggage but we ended up going and getting them ourselves along with the towels we requested.

Not as advertised. Most of the hotels entrances were under construction making an inconvenience getting in & out of the hotel and to your car. Only 2 very small elevators for the entire hotel. Rooms were outdated. The whole place needs a renovation

Very nice location, close to Disneyland and restaurants that you can walk to. Room really nice, beds were so comfortable and clean. Temperature was easy to set to be nice for our family. Pool area cute and fun games to play around the pool. Will stay here again, really nice place.
Loved the room very comfortable. My husband has a electric scooter and there was plenty of space. We also had an adjoining room which was nice.
