Hotel is good Room is cleaned, I like they have a cleaning service every day. The thing is that you have to pay 32 dollar + taxes for parking your car per night. When I did check in, they charged me per accident a deposit of 800 dollars which was not good because that amount was frozen and I was not able to use my credit card during my vacations.

One of my most favorite places to stay. I love the location, the resort feeling and the 24 hour fitness center. A quick 15 minute walk from room to Disneyland maingate.

The location is great, we were able to walk to Disneyland. Our room was not ready when we arrived in the morning so we headed to the parks. I had requested a baby crib and the staff at the front desk assured me it’ll be in the room when we get back but it wasn’t there. Also there was issues with the shower where water leaked out and the bathroom floor was flooded. Called front desk and they offered to bring us more towels since it was late. The elevators also had issues- we were stuck in the elevator and the next morning the elevator had issues again. I expected more from a Sheraton hotel.
