The hidden fees at this hotel are insane. The staff was not friendly at all. Normally at check in the staff greets you and shares the hotel amenities- not here… I was handed a paper and told everything I need to know is on the paper. For the price is is NOT WORTH IT! You have to pay for in room wifi- I’ve stayed at several properties near Disneyland as I’m a reporter and this was the first time I had to do that. Such a disappointment. Initially I booked because of the pool and upscale feel of the property but I will NEVER come back. I am working on a full video and blog about this experience because it was absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed near Disneyland (for the price). I will tell anyone SAVE YOUR MONEY! The elevators were also slow and packed it took me 15 mins to get in an elevator to leave because they were all so packed around 11 am. The air in the room is controlled by the hotel so you have no way to turn the air up. My room was 79 degrees inside the whole weekend and the front desk person said they couldn’t send someone to look at the air unit or move my room. I was miserable I left home early. Again- save your money and go somewhere else. This experience definitely negatively impacted my trip. I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot in my room. Management please talk to your staff and do better. This is unacceptable for the price and reputation this hotel has

Overall stay was great, stayed here for the first time to give it a chance and for convenience, but wont be staying again unless really necessary. Blankets had stains on them, room seems like it has not been deep cleaned, coffee maker had white build up, and you can hear the upstairs and side neighbors doors.

You will get robbed

Our car was vandalized and robbed. But the hotel is not reaponsible. So even though the parking is gated, there’s not enough security. The hotel staff was not accommodating. They are not responsible but at least they could have better security.

Great spot!

I booked this last minute for a solo trip to Disneyland. I was not sure what to expect as I knew the property was older. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean and super comfortable room. The room itself was large and had a spacious bathroom as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was also plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ate at the restaurant for my last day and the food was delicious. They had a breakfast buffet and full menu. I ordered off the menu and loved the carne asada eggs benedict that I had. It was a busy week at Disneyland, with most hotels at peak prices. This hotel was slightly cheaper than closer hotels but the walk was very easy.
