Air conditioning and heater smelled terribly at turning them on. Left for Disneyland and upon return learned that they checked us out due to complaining about ac/heater smell. Unable to complete 3 day pre paid visit, refused to refund, refused to let me use our paid days, forced to book another site. Never again. Breakfast also had mold in bagels

My family and I stay here at almost every visit to Southern California. And we haven’t had any complaints/concerns. My children enjoy playing in the pool on our free days when we’re not visiting the nearby theme parks. The breakfast isn’t a huge spread, but it’s free. The eggs are fluffy and we love the waffle maker. Rooms have always been clean (and we have been in some resorts with bed bugs, sticky floors and doors that do not lock). My only concern is that we are normally placed on the back side of the hotel and there is an apartment complex on that street where people loiter, speed and disturb the peace. It did feel a little unsettling at night. Overall, awesome stay for the right price. And the staff has always been helpful.

The bunk bed chosen for the children was very different from what it looked like on the web page and was old. And there is a strong smell of mold inside the room. I couldn't use the Dyson hair dryer because the power was weak.

This property was old and not clean. The moment we walked in we noticed a terrible smell. When we asked the staff about if they said they had cleaned the rug the night before . The smell did not dissipate and we were there for 3 nights. The staff did try to fix the problem but I’m not sure why they would give us that room in the first place knowing that it smelled so bad. They asked if we wanted to switch but then said they did not have another room for us. The room compared to others there was very old and in desparate need of updating. The area is convenient if you’re going to Disneyland and has a shuttle service. The staff is very nice though.

Best value for money . We stayed in Hilton in LA and ended up staying here in Anaheim due to non availability of any of so called high brand hotels . But this one exceeded our expectations. Rooms were very spacious , had two bathrooms ( we are a family of 5) bunk beds were very comfortable for my teen boys .breakfast wa great kids loved waffles and we loved the scrambled eggs . Food staff was exceptional attending g to us like family . We didn’t miss having any perks that we had in Hilton . Not to mention it’s very close to Disney land

For our Disneyland trip this year, we stayed at the Stanford Inn & Suites Anaheim. It was a 3 night stay, and all I can say is we will definitely be back! The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. We got the 2 room suite, first room had 2 queen beds, and the other 1 twin bunk bed, each with their own bathroom! Easily fits 6 people comfortably. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool, it was clean and well kept. The pool area has a shower, restroom some table and long chairs. Your stay does come with free continental breakfast, hours are from 6:30pm - 9:30pm which include Fresh Waffles, Bagels, Muffins and Toast, as well as Scrambled eggs, Sausage and Oatmeal. For the beverages, they have orange juice, apple juice, water, and coffee. They do charge for parking, and if you plan to foot it, It's about a 25 min walk to the park gates. However, The Toy Story Parking Lot is about a block down, or you can drive to the Disneyland Parking Garage, which charges $35 all day parking and shuttle access. So if your looking for something clean, affordable near the Disneyland Resort this is it here.

I am not going to lie and say this is a first rate hotel. It’s not a Disney Resort. BUT, you should already know that - the price is tremendously less than a Disney Resort. What makes Stanford unique and a pleasant experience is the people. This hotel has the kindest, most welcoming, most helpful people I have ever met at a hotel. The breakfast ladies work incredibly hard and put great pride into their work. Some not so wonderful elements. The apartment complex that shares the back street with the hotel is incredibly loud. I saw the other reviews on Expedia and thought it couldn’t be that bad. It is. Bring your ear plugs and noise machine for your kids. I cannot believe that rude people honk and ride their “crotch rockets” ALL NIGHT. We found 1 dead roach. Key word here is dead. The room was clean. We were told they would only clean every other day, but they cleaned every day and the room was fresh. We used the pool area. It was nice a hot tub and swimming pool with plenty of seating area. I recommend Stanford but avoid staying on the outside wall of the hotel or bring your ear plugs. You can’t beat the price for the suite. It’s so nice to have 2 bathrooms. You could easily stay 6 people in this room. Parking was reasonable and we had plenty of space. We took the bus to Disney - it was super easy. The front desk will help you download the app and set it up.

We stayed in a room that had a separate room with bunk beds for the kids. It had Mickey Mouse bedding the kids thought was cool. The room is spacious. The breakfast is good. You have to pay for parking which we knew about, it was $12/day. The only issues were the floors were dirty, actually made socks and feet dirty and the room was stuffy, poor ventilation I guess.

I have stayed in this property last year and it was much better. Based on last experience I took a family suite this time and was horrified. 1. Sheets were dirty with stains and I could see black dots in the blanket. Had bite marks the next morning. 2. Bathroom curtains smelled 3. Microwave was not functioning. 4. Family suite for more than 300$ a night they had nothing in the bunk bed room just basic brown table for kid not even cushions. Basic faded chaffed wooden bed. 5. Only light in the room was a lamp that had only one switch functioning the other flickered. 6. Don't even get me started on the Breakfast offerings- the main course eggs, sausages were all hidden behind and provided only when asked. Why are you advertising free breakfast if we have to ask for every serving? They had oatmeal but no warm milk to go with it. We had to pour hot water to cook the oatmeal. Disgusting experience. The cream cheese top ingredient was a chemical to prevent mold growth in it. Rest you can imagine. They were out of bread at 8am and won't even refill it. The person in the kitchen could see what they are out of but won't even budge to refill. Frosted flakes and colored cheerios where the two most dreadful options for kids breakfast. Noisy upstairs Bugs filled bed and linens. Dirty carpets. Dusty drawers Never coming back here again.
