Pool was closed with no notice before booking, the room was filthy, wall outlet covers broken, stained carpet. Beds were down right awful. Online it said it was a 15 minute walk to the park. Ended up being over 30 minute. Tons of homeless in the area begging for money. A super scary encounter with a homeless. Overall not a good hotel for the price. Oh and to top it off they charge you for parking but don’t have security to protect your car. Will never stay there again.

The reasons why I picked this hotel was: split suite deign between the living and kitchen, and the bedroom and bath; it's pet friendly; it's says the rooms are sound proofed. I'll say this first, most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, except one guy who clearly didn't know what he was doing. But otherwise great staff! The parking is split between 2 floors, but just enough for everyone. The hotel is very clean for the most part. It's for sure showing it's age though. The room was very nice. The double door between the space made so my boyfriend and I didn't need to be up under each other the whole time. The kitchen is spacious. The beds seemed like they'd be hard but they are very comfortable. Now the problems. They don't accept cats most of the time. They did because we were escaping the Eaton Fire. But it's usually $95 per dog. But I got charged $150! That wasn't listed as an extra fee. Parking is $25 too, didn't know that til after I booked! The room IS NOT soundproof! I could hear the people above walking around the whole time, day or night, and it would wake us up. If people walk by the door you can hear them and they can hear you. Cause the doors don't go flush to the floor with no door sweep. And if anyone is in a bathroom, you can hear them and smell if they're smoking. Would I stay here again? Maybe. Probably not though with all the nickle and diming, and the noise.

We were able to walk to Disneyland with complete ease to and from. The walk to we made friends along the way, and coming back after 11 pm was so comfortable, safe, and lots of light for the path home. All the comments about breakfast are completely accurate, breakfast is great way to start your day. Already making plans to return for our next trip. Rooms are large and complete will all things you need for a long week, or a quick weekend trip. We were so happy with our stay we are telling everyone about this our trip.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about our stay at the Staybridge. The daily breakfasts were amazing and while there our daughter got sick and the staff were very kind to us and helpful when needing medications and extra sheets and towels in the room.

Excellent for Families!

My family needed to relocate due to the wildfires and decided to go to Anaheim. We chose Staybridge because it had a 1 bedroom option, kitchenette and free breakfast. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and entire property. The staff were very warm and responsive. The layout of the room worked perfectly for two adults and two children. We also took advantage of free laundry. This was very helpful as we booked an additional two nights since we were still in need of a temporary location. The parking was an easy in and out. The only downside was that the pool and firepit area was closed for renovation. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

I liked the location to Disney Parks and parking was affordable. The front desk greeted me and was very friendly. The lobby was nice and clean. I picked the hotel because of location and it was decent for the price. I knew it was refurbished so all off the furniture and fixtures were updated. The rooms still had outdated curtains and smelled like sewage coming from the plumbing but the kitchenette was a nice touch. The pull out bed from the couch needs to be replaced and the stained comforters. I also had to call for a new set of sheets since there were old blood stains on one of the beds when i pulled the covers back. They sent them up literally and handed them to me to change the bedding. Although there were some positive things about this property, I would never stay there again.

Excellent hotel, price, and location!

Awesome … easy walk to downtown Disney and both parks! The hotel staff especially Irene are super accommodating and very helpful!!! Great breakfast in the mornings and the overall shape of the hotel is great. The only critique is regarding the quality of the pullout couch, definitely not usable.

This hotel was a good alternative option staying close to Disney. It is about four minutes away driving. We actually took a Uber to the Disneyland park. It was less than five dollars going in less than $10 coming back due to peak time. The hotel was very clean, but I didn’t know I had to ask to have my room serviced so I went two days without getting towels and piling up garbage in my room but other than that the staff was very nice and tentative the hotel breakfast was average eggs and sausage, bagels and toast, yogurt, coffee, waffles nothing spectacular. I would stay at this hotel again. We had a one bedroom with two beds so it was lplenty of space for four people.

The hotel staff if amazing—very accommodating and friendly. Lighting is terrible (only fluorescent) My shower was broken. My room was dirty and smelled. And there was a group of kids on my floor who sat in the hallway and yelled most of the night. Not the hotels fault per se but wish there were some regulations. I honestly preferred the Holiday Inn down the street—and it’s cheaper
