The location is perfect so close to Disneyland and shops. The bed was comfortable and the room feels homey and clean. Love the garden area great for kids to run around. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I don’t like was the bathroom, the water pressure was very low. But everything else was great!

This property is in serious need of remodel and upgrade. Single pane windows and sliders, doors are rotted at the bottom, tile is from the 70’s, furniture is chipping and the doors don’t close properly. Generally a big disappointment for ghe area. Will not book here again

Not one person was happy or greeted us from the time we arrived or the time we departed. It was very awkward. Also, the room was not what was advertised. It was more of a lower end motel. Our first room had a clogged toilet, which turned out to be broken. They did move us rooms. They provide no hand soap so bring your own. The towels are so rough, they feel like sandpaper, even my son asked what was wrong with the towels. The bathroom floor had old dirt and hair, clearly from lack of solid cleaning. We left our room to be cleaned while we were out, all they did was change towels. They left all dirty dishes and didn’t make beds. It was overall not worth the almost $800 to be close to Disney. I could have chosen many other places and wish that I had.

Loved it here. Could tell the buildings were old and good job going with it....the only complaint is there were broken tiles in the bathroom that made it hard to balance. Staff and food were great. Location was perfect.

This is our 4th time staying at the Anaheim Hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, our room was nice with a patio. Beds were clean and comfy, water faucet in sink had an odd smell so we didn’t use the bathroom sink but the shower was ok. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and we loved the extra touches to the hotel (the 50s music and design, the lawn games, the pool area was nice, the lounge), but the rooms still left something to be desired. The walls (and ceiling) seemed very thin, you could clearly hear everything outside of your room. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the bathroom area seemed like it needed a major reno (which would probably help with the cleanliness of the bathrooms). Walking distance to the resort was great!

This hotel is in a great location for Disneyland as it’s just a 5 minute walk to the park however the room itself could really use some TLC. The beds were ok however the heat/ac is just a window unit that constantly turns on and off all night and the bathroom is in need of an update. The shower head had a lot of deposits on it, low pressure and I didn’t feel the bathroom was very clean. For the price of a premium room expected more. We did however get to see the fireworks from our room and the pizza place was very handy at night.
