Great location, clean, convenient, friendly staff. Steps away from the Parks and Walgreens/CVS within walking distance. We unfortunately had empty toiletries and our room fridge smelled like death. The AC is tricky and the curtains block the flow of air. Also, if you aren’t close enough with the AC remote, it doesn’t work. Overall, good, not great, but not awful.

Good except for air conditioner

Our stay was pretty good, except the air conditioner was very loud and disruptive. I wouldn’t recommend staying if a light sleeper. Other than that, everything else was good.

We stayed at The Anaheim Hotel for five nights during a recent trip to Disneyland. The hotel has recently been remodeled and the grounds are attractive and well-kept. It’s located just about a block from the Disneyland entrance, making it extremely convenient for park-goers. For the first four days, our experience was totally fine. The rooms are modest but comfortable, and the hotel seems on par with many others in the area.

I sent in a request this morning, no reply as of yet from the Hotel. The room smelt very old, musty, moldy. The fan was extremely noisy, not in a good way. The Hotel itself is very run down from floor to rooftops. We left very early in the morning, not happy at all. I asked for a refund, which I have not ever had to do before. I will wait a little longer before I post on yelp and Hotels.com if I do not hear back. This hotel needs to be more honest with people as to how old and terrible condition it is in. The smell that minute you walk in the room was awful.

The fridge was full of dirt, old food from previous guest, & stains. I was told I'd get a new fridge, after 1 njght, i got my own clorox wipes and cleaned out the fridge. The room was musty & i got an air purifier, which helped a ton! Housekeeping came 1x the 1 week we were there. I took out our own trash since no housekeeping came to do it, wven when i called & they said they'd have them come take trash. The amenities & location were fabulous though!

Great location for Disneyland. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Pool area is very nice. Thankfully we were able to upgrade to a much nicer room. Walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbors, and wasn’t able to stop the smell of pot coming under the adjoining door… All in all though, a nice place to stay.
