Disney Trip!!!

Our stay was great, a very clean, helpful place with the amenities you need when you are away from home. The workers were very friendly and the hotel is close to Disney!!!

It was a short walk to the Toy Story parking lot. Wonderful breakfast. Not a lot of places to put our stuff or places to sit in our suite. But the room was clean and well cared for.

Location was fine, shirt walk to Disneyland. Parking staff was condescending to my son and rude to me. Room had torn shower curtain, damage from sunshine breaking down the bathroom door that was poorly repaired. The place just looked run down and dirty

It was okay

My stay was okay. Staff wasn’t so friendly. Rep at front desk said I had to call before 11am if I wanted housekeeping, which I did. But they never came. Breakfast was very bland. Neighbors upstairs were very noisy, and I called the front desk to complain. They said they would let them know to keep it down, doesn’t seem like it happened. The pillows were not comfortable at all, you should bring your own.

The hotel was an older style which was updated and was clean. The biggest issue was both night we were there when we woke up in the morning there was NO WATER. It just trickled out of the tap. Later in the morning there was pressure but at peak times you will have no water.

You can hear everything and when I say everything, even the rooms next to you when they flush the toilet. Our door was installed improperly, so air just comes right through. Parking was a nightmare, when there aren’t available spot they have free valet to be able to double park but there were times the valet wasn’t there to park your car. Trying to reach front desk for anything, they’d never answer the phone.

Property was clean overall. The bedside outlet didn't work and the sofa bed was not comfortable, but i havent found many that are. The parking was free and they had complimentary valet and breakfast. It was nice and close to disney and shopping as well. Would stay again.

Good Hotel

Good hotel will stay here again , breakfast can be better not that many options to choose from and sometimes the food was cold. Parking can be tricky if you arrive in the night time you may have to leave your keys for valet and you may have small spaces in between cars but it is still good since parking is free and is rare now for it to be free around disneyland. It is not far from disney and it is a good walking distance to it and to Joe’s Italian Ice , overall i’m happy with the stay and the rooms were nice and clean and comfortable beds.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The parking situation was a mess. Tons of open parking for “valet” but no valet attendant was ever seen. Finding parking was a challenge the whole time we stayed here.
